My main water line from the street was leaking at the pressure regulator. Tom Rotondo, my regular plumber was preparing to go on vacation and I tried another company I had never heard of. That plumber gave me an estimate of $3750.00 for a job Tom had told me would cost a few hundred. That plumber figured he had me, a single, white-haired senior lady, held hostage with my water turned off! I sent him away and called Tom back and he squeezed me into his busy schedule, fixed my water line in less than an hour and saved me! And charged me a few hundred dollars.

Tom came to our home because we had water heater issues. We had called another plumber prior and they couldn't show up until next week. Our water heater was shut off and we needed service ASAP. He was so thorough and informative. He taught my husband a lot about water heaters and fixed the issue right away. I will be posting about him on Nextdoor as well. Thank you so much for your help

Tom, the owner of Gold Star Plumbing, has been a real asset for our family. He has installed garbage disposals, repaired dishwasher plumbing related issues, repaired toilets, and installed water heaters. We were especially grateful for his prompt response to help my 95 year old father-in-law with an issue needing immediate attention. His work is professional and his prices are reasonable.

Spoke to Joe as I had the main water valve spring numerous severe leaks and we had to shut the water off to the house. He squeezed us in for a quick appointment and took great care of us. Would definitely recommend!
