Had a man with this logo on his truck try to run my daughter and I off highway 24 today, and thought it was funny. Are these they type of people you guys are? It's rather unfortunate because my business is with property managers that are always looking for GOOD natured vendors. I would never refer thus business after this morning. Shame on him.

I made a claim with AHS on Saturday at 7 AM. Had someone from their office contact me by 9:30 AM on a weekend! They started the process immediately. Monday morning, they were at my door by 12:00 pm with a brand new water heater and had it installed by 4:00 PM. Seriously the fastest service ever! Thank you!

Don't even bother with this company. Piss poor service, hard to get a hold of and will try to unauthorized stuff behind you and your home insurance's back!

These people went and claimed that they came out and inspected our water heater then went ahead to order parts without the insurance's approval. We informed the insurance that they did NOT come to the house and informed them that they told us that the water heater and parts aren't covered by the home insuranc. I called the home insurance and they had to call them. Lo and behold they were only going to replace the water heater.

They installed the water heater and did NOT put on the front panel to the water heater. So there are wires all exposed. They didn't even clean up the water mess either left behind after removing the old heater.

Now just to have them come back to put on the panel, they can't be reached by me nor the home insurance incompetency at its finest. Why are you ""in business?""

Our home warranty company assigned Gold Rush after our initial plumbing contractor abandoned the job after stringing us along for 2 weeks. Derek from Gold Rush touched base with me within a few hours of assignment, had the job diagnosed, and a crew out to install our new water heater in less than 48 hours! The crew was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. They took great care to ensure the job was done right and ensure the old, leaking, rusty water heater didn't leak rust on our new carpet on the way out. The company was part of my home renovation. I have a litter that said all work met inspection requirements but the work was aweful. I have constant back ups due to the way the pipes were put in and they even left piping in a drain causing backups.
