In my experience, this contractor will employ shady billing practices and will attempt to over bill you for hours that he didn't work as well as try to charge you for materials not even used on your project. The contractor is very combative and does not follow the costumers wishes pertaining to what is desired. He instead uses the ""I am a Master Plumber and I do what I want, how I want"" approach. He will also create issues with other contractors working on your project making things worse. After receiving a final bill from this shady outfit, I called around for price comparisons. This guy charged $500 to mount a faucet (not including under sink plumbing connections, simply mounting the faucet in place), other quotes were in the $150-200 dollar range. Same for setting a toilet, all basic stuff that most homeowners can do. I had to complete setting toilets and faucets myself, each took less than an hour. I also observed $1500 worth of materials he said he used on my project on the bill but I looked and found the materials were not new or replaced as indicated. This guy will complain about how difficult every part of your project is and make all types of excuses. I learned this is apparently part of his hustle and method of operation. It's his way of trying manipulating unsuspecting homeowners in his attempts to fraudulently over bill for hours worked and materials used. Stick with the well known reputable contractors in town who can better handle basic home remodel work and who won't stick it to you while trying to convince you that you are getting the ""bro discount"". Best not to bring this type of negative energy into your home.
