Gold Mech to the Rescue Yet AGAIN! This is a company that does exactly what it says it will do, and beyond. They rescued me last summer with an AC problem...AFTER hours on a Friday, no less...and now they have saved me with a furnace problem. Several weeks ago my furnace started making a scary noise whenever the blower came on. It was during a really bad cold snap, and of course this happened in the middle of the night. I went online and saw that you can leave an online message for them about your problem and they will call you. So I wrote about my problem and called them first thing in the morning. I was afraid that maybe nobody would see the message, but sure enough, the receptionist had read it by the time I called her RIGHT when the business opened. She sent the Gold Mech guys over that same day. The problem wasn't dangerous but they got it fixed the next day (a part had to be ordered). Everyone I have dealt with at this company have been so kind and courteous and professional...I cannot say enough good things about Gold Mech! Call them, you won't be disappointed!
