I contacted Gold Leaf Emergency Plumbers through Yelp on Tuesday night, and Nicholas came out first thing on Wednesday morning. He provided a couple of solutions, one being to replace the current set up in my bathtub/shower. We went with that option, and the work Nicholas did was awesome. We will definitely use them again.

I don't wish plumbing issues upon anyone but if you do, Nicholas is the man who can professionally solve your problem immediately. We returned from vacation and exposed to a gas leaking water heater. Emailed him late Saturday night and he responded in mid-night and setup an appointment on Sunday. The new Bradford White water heater installed on Monday. He got the job done himself and cleaned the area after that. Best price, best work, and the great attitude you can find out there.
He is very on-time, professional, nice, and explains every detail so you understand what is going on. Even after a week, we needed re-inspection and he showed up right on-time and did his job and reassured us with his installation.
Sometimes we forget that private-sector will do much better job, better warranty and services than corporate.

We had an issue at our house with the shower. I called Gold Leaf Plumbers and got an answer immediately. The gentleman explained that he would be out within an hour. Sure enough a nice gentleman named Nicholas arrived within the hour that he quoted. He assessed the problem and offered us numerous options for repair, while fixing the emergency leak. Gold Leaf are very courteous and professional and I'll be sure to call them if there is another issue.

Found Golf Leaf here on Yelp @ 11 pm on a Fri nite after we found our hot water heater spurting and gushing water out the top. Thankfully able to shut it off but needed repair ASAP. Nicholas answered my vm within 10 min & offered to come out immediately but upon talking a bit more, decided that an early morning service call wd work best for either repair or replacement. He came promptly at 7:30 am & confirmed our 11-yr-old water heater needed replacement. He listened to our family's hot water needs & laid out pros and cons of different sizes and types of water heating units & prices. We decided on 50 gal w additional unit with higher BTU's to replenish hot water efficiently and more quickly. He left to pick up the unit and returned w another crew worker & it was completely installed that day. Great communication. & professional service--highly recommend.

So this guy came to my home, he gave me a verbal quote and we were good to go. I was going to give him a check right then and there. I was nice. He went to his truck to get the paperwork. And 30 minutes later he said I'm going to pass. I tried to contact him multiple times and he will not respond. He then ghosted me without responding only to say we do t work for cost in a Yelp review 2 months later. I don't expect people to work for cost at all. Simply to to return a phone call and communicate.

Meanwhile I was without hot water for two weeks more trying to find another plumber.

Nicholas was the first to respond to my emergency request and was willing to come out at 10pm the same night our pipe burst! Ended up scheduling it for the following day, but really appreciated his willingness to help out someone in need.
He showed up in the proposed time-frame and got the repair done quick and it looks great. So happy to be able to shower again, will definitely recommend Gold Leaf to any friends with plumbing issues.
