I called Jose to the day before Thanksgiving. I needed a new toilet put in with a grab bar for my husband and he came out the same day within two hours and completed the job in two hours and fantastic job reasonably priced. would recommend him to anyone everyone.

The First Lady I spoke to on the phone was awesome. Plumber was nice no issues . The issue I have is how he left things. He was supposed to hook up the gas and dryer. Then also hook up our fridge. See images below with what we are left with. We were charged 438.78$. The price I was okay as I was out of the state and wife needed these to be working. Thanks for hooking it up, however these could be handled better. We don't have a dryer working yet since he left that this way. I'll be back in town tomorrow to hopefully be able to simply connect a new one of those once I go buy a new one.

Second time I called for service, this time was for a toilet that didn't flush well. We agreed to a replacement unit in case mine wasn't good. He arrived early, got to work, discussed what he found and options for the right fix that would last. Can't recommend highly enough! And his helper (dad) was awesome too. Call again? Yes without hesitation!

After three failed attempts to clear out the clogged kitchen sink at my parents' home on our own, I called several local plumbers for rates and availability. Jose gave me his hourly rate, estimated it would take about an hour to solve the problem, and was available the very next morning. True to his word, he was able to fix the issue in about 40 minutes, and told us he could be back if the issue returned within 30 days (luckily, no issues since). Overall satisfied with his work, and will be giving him a call first next time we need a plumber.

Jose was great. He fixed all 4 of our toilets. Replaced the fill valves and flappers on all of them plus the handle on one which was getting stuck. They are now all working the same and all quiet! No more running noises, water noises! Also Jose guaranteed the parts and labor for 1 year. His son was with him as a helper plus he seemed to be teaching him the business and he was very polite as well. I would definitely hire them again!

Jose communicated that he was late but I was flexible, he also told me upfront what it would cost. We found that there were extra parts needed so he went out and got them. His work is excellent, efficient and trustworthy. I recommend him to anybody near the Santa Ynez valley or Santa Maria. In parting, I shook his and his coworkers hand. Screw the virus, everyone get back to work, let's be more like Jose!

How many ways can I say IMPRESSED???? Jose was amazing! Timely (on a holiday weekend!), informative, explained things to us, and totally professional! He was honest and reasonably priced, too. When other plumbers said ""can't do it"" or ""won't be back at work until Tuesday"" Jose was ready, willing, and motivated to solve our problem. After calling all the plumbers on yelp and pricing around I decided to use Gold Coast Plumbing not only did he have the best prices but great customer service he knew exactly what I needed gave me some advice and did the job great I don't think I would go to any other plumber he was available right away and communication was perfect!

Jose came out to check my tankless water heater that was shutting off. He found from the manufacturer that the unit had been discontinued and it had a bad motherboard. Which was no longer available. He gave recommendations on a replacement. Which I ordered and he returned to install. He did not charge me for the first visit and did a great job on the new install. I would recommend him and will use him if needed again in the future.
