Jose was great. He fixed all 4 of our toilets. Replaced the fill valves and flappers on all of them plus the handle on one which was getting stuck. They are now all working the same and all quiet! No more running noises, water noises! Also Jose guaranteed the parts and labor for 1 year. His son was with him as a helper plus he seemed to be teaching him the business and he was very polite as well. I would definitely hire them again!

Jose communicated that he was late but I was flexible, he also told me upfront what it would cost. We found that there were extra parts needed so he went out and got them. His work is excellent, efficient and trustworthy. I recommend him to anybody near the Santa Ynez valley or Santa Maria. In parting, I shook his and his coworkers hand. How many ways can I say IMPRESSED???? Jose was amazing! Timely (on a holiday weekend!), informative, explained things to us, and totally professional! He was honest and reasonably priced, too. After calling all the plumbers on yelp and pricing around I decided to use Gold Coast Plumbing not only did he have the best prices but great customer service he knew exactly what I needed gave me some advice and did the job great I don't think I would go to any other plumber he was available right away and communication was perfect!

Jose came out to check my tankless water heater that was shutting off. He found from the manufacturer that the unit had been discontinued and it had a bad motherboard. Which was no longer available. He gave recommendations on a replacement. Which I ordered and he returned to install. He did not charge me for the first visit and did a great job on the new install. I would recommend him and will use him if needed again in the future.
