Several years ago I remodeled my bathroom. I had Gold Coast install my brand new shower cartridge and shower Head and all related plumbing . Ive had trouble with The water pressure and had another plumber look at it. He was a family friend. Come to find out the cartridge that was installed was an aftermarket low-grade part and not the original part that came with my Moen unit. It failed and caused several other problems. I am completely disappointed and disgusted with this type of business person that secretly replaces your parts with cheaper aftermarket parts ! DO NOT use them ! Crooks

GOLD COAST PLUMBING is the best company I have dealt with in Ventura County!! The staff in office and the professionals that come to the home have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, polite and so fast to respond even to very small jobs. Prices are fair and competitive . Logan is who we request, but assume all employees with GOLD COAST are great!!

Five stars for my technician Paco, a super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough employee.
We have trees that are very attracted to our water lines (their roots that is), so we end up needing the main line snaked out every so often.
I've always used another person who charges nearly *half* of what Gold Coast charges. BUT: he didn't respond to my text, so I don't even know if he's still in business. And when you suddenly can't use water you're kind of in a rush to get it resolved.
Hence, the larger business with people in an office and multiple plumbers/technicians. Hence and suchforth and so on, more money... Gold Coast was able to come out with a two hour window within a couple hours of my call.
Super satisfied with the work, just a little bummed about the cost...

Logan and everyone at the office and his co-workers were great, on time and always with a very fair price. We have used them for years and recently had to have our main sewer line replaced. Can't beat the service or price. This was a big job but we had other local plumbers quote us literally twice the price.

We were having plumbing issues and weren't sure if it was a clogged drain or a full septic tank. Andy came out to take a look and could have easily charged us to run a snake down the drain, but instead suggested that we have someone come and pump the tank first, so that we didn't waste our money on an unnecessary procedure. Very helpful and very honest. Gold Coast may not have collected a fee from us this time, but they did make a loyal customer.

Women be careful. My water heater went out and needed it replaced immediately. (20 minute job) The nice plumber quoted a price $800.00 but can speak with the office for a reduced rate of $700.00. He left and a different guy swooped in to do the installation. I later called a few plumbers after the installation and was quoted $500.00. I felt hustled and taken advantage of...
