I have a condo in Pt. Hueneme that I rent out. I live in Glendale. On Monday night I got a call from my tenant that there was a leak. I went on Yelp and found Gold Coast and called Mark. He gave me directions to give my tenant so the problem could be mitigated until morning so he wouldn't have to charge me overtime rates. On Tuesday he arrived when he said he would and quickly repaired the problem. The tenant (and my checkbook) couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with Mark from Gold Coast Plumbing & Rooter.

I called Mark on a Monday. He came out to give me an estimate on Tuesday. Called Tuesday night with a price and was able to start my job the next day.

I have had problems with my drain from the kitchen to the main for a while now. I kept throwing $50-$100 a pop to have the drain snaked. I know I am going to be living there for a bit longer, so I decided to have the 65 year old pipe replaced.

I got estimates from 5 different companies. Mark's was not the absolute lowest price, but I felt the most comfortable with Mark, and he was willing to repair a couple of other things that needed done while he was under the house for free.

Mark actually sent a guy named Jamie who was courteous and very informative about what he would be working on. Jamie kicked butt and got the job done in record time.

Over all my experience with Mark and Jamie was a very positive one. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Mark is the BEST and most knowledgeable plumber I've ever called on.

He's been out to my house once to snake the kitchen sink and again to install a new toilet. He educates you on what he's doing and why. He truly cares about doing a quality job and is tops in customer service. He returns calls quickly and is a great communicator.

He double checks his work to be sure there are no leaks and that everything is functioning as it should. He adds value to the work he does, and does it at a reasonable price. And he's incredibly nice and personable to boot!
