Excellent service! Excellent people! We first used Copper Top after our water softener unit cracked and leaked everywhere! They responded right away and showed up within the hour. Very knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do and got right to work. Provided good suggestions to improve our water system and repair our pipes. They worked hard to get everything we wanted and needed done. We used them a second time to replace/install a toilet. The work was done thoroughly and quick. Really happy we have such good people in the area to rely on. Thank you so much!

Today I met Brian the owner who came out to replace our water heater. After having two days of dealing with the nightmare that is Cross Country Claims and CNJ plumbing I called his business Friday around noon and explained my claim from hell and what i needed. He agreed to come out today a Saturday morning by 7...so we could have hot showers to start the day. He did just that and chatted while staying focused on the job and was done in no time. I could go into the drama with the claim i am having but that would take away from this review. We will use them in the future if a need arises.

If you want to finish their job for them and chase leaks around your house ( I told Brian about my leaks bad fittings they installed he said it sounds like I need to hire a plumber out of my pocket) and let them use your tools and ladders and spend your own money to buy parts they were already paid for by your insurance .hire them and you to can have people who do not understand English in your home not caring about their work.my insurance co. Will not use them again.now I worry about the pipes they installed in my attic.
