Handled two ugly problems in my cranky old home with patience and skill. Timely and not expensive. One of the problems was an emergency on a weekend.

They are also good at explaining the problem and the alternatives for fixing it. Did what they said they were going to do without added charges or drama.

Sure enough, he is pleasant, really cleans up after himself, knows what he is doing and can help you out with things that aren't strictly plumbing related. He can figure out why your gate wasn't hung right and often just heads out to his well-stocked truck and fixes things as you ponder what to do..all at a fair hourly rate. It's nice to have someone with a lot more skills than just snaking out drains or running new gas lines under the house. One time he also took out lots of unnecessary wiring and tacked up the wires that were sitting in the dirt under the house while fixing the leaking bathtub. He figures once he's down there he might as well get things done instead of coming back and forth or making me find someone else to do work that he knows is needed to pull this old house into decent condition again. i trust him completely and rely on his advice. Oddly, he says I'm great at knowing things too and tells people I know what I'm doing on this remodel, to just follow my directions. I'm a 65 year old woman so getting respect from a guy his age really makes me happy. I filled my empty cabinets with candy for the contractors when I first started this job and Gordon's sweet tooth made me enjoy his company even more. Trust your plumbing to him and don't worry because he's not an egomaniac who will pull the wool over your eyes. Honest.

I was out of town and had a leak at my home. Called Gold Bond, and Gordon came that afternoon and had it fixed by the next day. Good work. I appreciate a good plumber who is responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Hope I don't need to, but if I do, I'll use him again.

Gordon is friendly and reliable. He has completed two jobs in my home. I was suprised that he has a construction management degree from Chico State!
