They installed my furnace in my mobile home 2 yrs ago. I have never been under my house with the heat running until recently. The vertical duct from the furnace was not screwed or taped to the horizontal duct since the furnace was installed. There is heat blowing out from under my trailer only where the furnace was installed. There is also air from under my trailer with allergies and fiberglass partials from insulation being sucked directly into the vent. Problem hasn't been solved after several phone calls and a service call.

Terrible service and literally stole $2,000 from me after they quoted me one price then charged me $2,000 more after the work was done! Refused to honor earlier price or issue me a refund. The they wouldn't even service my furnace and AC afterwards. WARNING: DO NOT USE THEM. You'll regret it for years, as I have done.

Have had excellent HVAC service and installs at two locations over last 5 years. Twice, installers have improved system designed by original builder. Jobs done neatly and fully warranted.

In 2011 we had our water heater give up on us. We had water leaking on the floor in our finished basement. It was on a weekend and Standbaughs came and put in a water heater for us. I watched the installer and he already had the the pipes attached to the water heater when his assistant came down with the expansion tank. The installer told him that he didn't need it and the assistant took the expansion tank back to their van. It was only recently that I found out that it is a code violation not to have an expansion tank installed with a water heater. I am glad they came out when they did I just wish they would have done the right thing and installed the expansion tank.

Terrible customer service after spending thousands of dollars buying their central ac/furnace systems!!!! They refuse to return my phone calls for service I paid for just weeks after the installation!!! I had an Amana representative call them and they even turned her away, refusing to let her speak directly to the owner. They literally take your money and run.

The owner is extremely rude and condescending and shouldn't be dealing with the public in any way. Many of the other staff aren't much better. How they stay in business with such poor service is beyond me.

Buyer beware! Save yourself a lot of time, money and headaches by going with another company!!!

Rudest customer service I have experienced in a long time. I called to ask questions about the work done on my AC unit the month before I bought my house and the owner yelled at me that any previous work done before I moved into the house was none of my concern. I called Regal and the guy told me the previous owners were ripped off because they installed a unit that wasn't powerful enough for my house.
I also had someone out to fix my heater that was leaking. The guy came out, told me it was fixed and it wasn't. Regal yet again came out and he couldn't figure out what the guy did if he did anything. If you're tempted to hire these people, follow and watch them. I have never had an honest experience with them.
