Warranty is useless and the technician didn't follow printed direction to make proper installation of toilet. We had to hire another plumbing company to discover that GoGo Rooter didn't do proper installation resulting in sewer smell in the bathroom. GoGo Rooter technician initially installed rough-in and our Toto toilet. Toilet was rocking and made a much louder flushing sound after that thus the tech came back. He tightened the toilet down and told us the louder flushing sound was because of the new piping. Since then, we kept having sewer smell in the bathroom and informed GoGo Rooter again. Two technicians were sent on the same day and instead of checking for problem, we were told that it was my towels or my bidet causing the sewer smell. I was told to consider buying a new bidet or they can charge me to do a smoke test to see if there's a vent problem. We knew something was not done right during the installation because we didn't have the smell until the tech came back the second time to tighten the toilet to floor. Technician from another company removed the toilet and immediately noted the rough-in was not secured down to the flange and the GoGo Rooter tech had used caulking to glue the rough-in to the flange. The problem, as explained to us by the other plumbing company, is that the front of the rough-in actually rises when the toilet is connected to the back thus causing sewer smell and the flushing sound to escape into the room. The other plumbing tech was able to fix the problem and we no longer get the flushing noise or the sewer smell, but only after we had to pay a couple hundreds of dollars to fix a simple mistake made by GoGo Rooter.

Received call from GoGo Rooter apologizing for technician's mistake and offering to reimburse me for the other plumber's fees. Thank you for following up and acknowledging the tech's mistake. Thank you for diagnosing the source of our bathroom leaking that we were able to uncover subfloor damage rather than just replacing the toilet flange and wax ring as suggested by another plumbing company.

Our kitchen sink was severely clogged even after myself and my husband tried multiple methods to unclog on our own. By the time we decided to call the professionals it was already evening. We filled out the Yelp quote questionnaire and classified our repairs as an 'emergency' needing immediate assistance. I expected at the earliest that all the companies would get back to us to check out the issue the next day. Gogo was the first to respond and came out immediately that evening to take a look at the clog and was able to resolve the issue that evening. Their pricing was on par with another plumber that had quoted the repair for the next day so we felt it was fair given it was an emergency fix. Very grateful they were able to send someone over immediately.

Ricky went over and above to replace our garbage disposal and all the joints and tubing that was corroded. He worked diligently and respectfully. It took longer than expected because of the corrosion but remained positive while finishing.

I've used Gogo Rooter/All Star Plumbing many times over the years, including three times since 2022 for different repair jobs.
This time, I needed my kitchen faucet replaced and I knew it was a job best left to the professionals because I wasn't able to get the dang thing off.
Adrian arrived early, and was polite and professional. He had a bit of struggle with the faucet too but was good-natured about it, got the right tool for the situation, and was able to remove the old part efficiently.
Adrian also didn't mind when I asked him after he was done to assess a future job that I'll likely need: replacing my shower faucet. He analyzed the situation and gave me a couple options to think about.
I'm very pleased with Adrian's work and those of his colleagues at Gogo/All Star. Their rates are reasonable despite the rising costs of in-home repair, and I will call them again when needed.

Working for GOGO Rooter, Acadio, the technition, was able to find a leak in my water system that others could not. It was an almost impossible task to find the leak and was found only by hearing a slight kiss coming from a pipe under a cement slab. For this, I say thank you, and I will use GOGO ROOTER again.
In addition, Acadia and Steve, in the office, were a pleasure to work with.. Thanks for a job well done...
