Nicholas was a very kind and hardworking dude who spent the whole day replacing our water heater after it went out over the weekend. He worked very hard and was always very communicative about what the next process was. I recommend him and his company for all the work they did to put the hot water back on for us, as it was easy, and a straight forward process.

This company went above and beyond to get our main water line at our home in Portola Valley repaired. HomeServe (insurance) had initially sent another company out and they didn't want to honor our policy, asking us to pay $2200 out of pocket. When I balked, HomeServe sent Gogo the next day. Nicolas arrived an hour early and did an expert job of getting insurance to approve the entire cost of the job and talking us through the complicated fix. The next day, not one but two friendly and eager guys rang our doorbell bright and early: Adrian and Victor. They were outstanding -- courteous, knowledgeable, careful and great at troubleshooting the labyrinthine fixture that needed help. At one point we had discussed the potential of some extra work and later they said ""you don't need it"" -- ie, they were not inclined to do unnecessary repairs just to run up the bill. I'd call these guys again in a heartbeat. Thanks for bring water back to our world so that we can shower, do dishes and become civilized people again...!

We've been having ongoing plumbing issues the last year or so. Today our lines got backed up while we were doing our laundry. Our landlord has a contract through a property management company and they sent out Gogo Rooter. Victor was our plumber and he showed up quickly especially with it being a Sunday.
