Our 2nd a/c control is kaput now! Our 1st one went out in May, and now this expensive one that they sold us. This company has been slow to respond in the past (not showing up and/or cancelling)so when the 1st control went out we finally changed companies. Now this. Hope our new guy can change this one out ASAP.

Let's just say, I researched, I called, I was pretty confident this company would do the best they could to help me get my fuse changed and back to cool air. Let's just say 4 brutally hot days later and the company rewired my system claiming it was incorrect...then claiming someone else did it not them....they caught my house on fire!!!!!! Then sent a guy to blame me for that....told me to buy a new system 9 years into a lifetime warranty that was not valid because company who installed went out of business....now they are only just now ordering parts to hook up and if they don't work I'm out of luck and will just need to buy a new system like they wanted me to in the first place. They say doing it right is the first thing except they caught my house on fire tried to blame me for their mistake and now I'm still waiting in blistering temperatures because everyone is just too busy to be bothered by my call. They tech told me to hang up and be quiet when I was calling to management or he wouldn't help at all. Lmao say what??? We just needed a fuse in a series that we need a company to install...yet they rewired and caused a fire then blamed me and told me to kick rocks unless I buy another 20k unit. Left me and 2 kids in these tempts while I have cancer and my child is mentally sick. Where did the family first thing get lost.....wait we just pay their bills...makes sense why I'm still without any air. Please research hard before choosing a company....but also know that mistakes happen....but these guys actually punished me for their mistake. I'm sad of all places to call I called the wrong one...and instead of fixing the problem they are forcing me to hire legal council! Magic that all correspondence is blocked and deleted and my number was temporarily blocked as well. Imagine that as a family member...no thank you!!!!!

Don't use them or fall for the ""Sadie protection plan"". I had to cancel an appt in Feb 2024 due to hospitalization. Never heard from them about reschedule until I initiated. Now it's June before I can get an ac appt. Water softener hasnt worked properly since install. Took 3 trips to even get it installed without leaking. Left a huge hole in my living room ceiling. ""Sorry, we don't repair drywall"". Has used 3 bags of salt in 1 year. Take your money but service is a joke. Always saying, well that tech is no longer with us. Sounds like turnover is pretty high. Just sayin.

Now looking at full replacement and Goettl still refuses to honor their warranty. Was told that because the unit was manufactured in 2013 even though the unit wasn't installed until 2014 they will not honor it. Don't use Goettl for any business. I don't trust them to watch my dog. The Goettl team are all dishonest. Especially the CEO.

The worst. Don't ever consider these untrained dummies. They are a bad joke but still expect payment for a very bad job.

I highly recommend Goettl. I heard them advertising an HVAC system check on the radio, and meant to call them about that...but then my bathroom sink started draining real slow, and heard that ad again and it mentioned plumbing services.

The easiest appointment set up ever, just went on their website and scheduled an appointment for the afternoon. Someone called me immediately, and set up a 2-hour window. Joe Martin was the Technician. He was there within the first hour of the service window, friendly, professional, and got the job done really quickly.

He also set me up with a whole system maintenance plan, including my HVAC and hot water heater. So thrilled with the service and value, I had to Yelp about it!

I've been handling the issues with ghoettl for my girlfriend and her dad, as they are both extremely upset with the service.

It's been just over a year, their last AC need a new blower, trane brand, and they were told it would be weeks before one could be found. Forcing them into goettl's cult.

$32,000 later, the lines weren't done right, one had a hole and leaked freon, they came out and fixed it, but the AC shuts off and refuses to turn on and cool down, for several hours at a time, at least monthly.

We call for service. And either nothing is available for 24 hours, or up to 3 days.

Nothing gets fixed, just repaired.

Go with someone local to you!!!!!!!

Don't fall for the service fee is dropped trick if you go through with them for service. They will GET YOU by giving you an outrageous quote and then just collect of service fee for doing no work.

EXAMPLE: Was quoted 2,000 for putting in a drop in sink. That's was for LABOR ONLY.....I had all the supplies. Had the same job quoted by 4 other companies. $165, $300, $350, & $350 again!!!!

Overcharge on services. They take advantage of single women. My cousin had a water heater installed in Oracle. I get it it's 45 minutes outside Tucson, but C'mon 5000$ for a water heater install. She is a single mother , so dollar signs popped up in Goettl's eyes. Sooooo disappointing!!!
