William with Goettl came to our home to check in a clog in our pipes. He was polite and gave us insight into how to avoid this in the future with suggestions. He blew the clog out of the pipe and reassured us there shouldn't be any more issues with maintenance. I am very appreciative and thankful for William!

Not serious about standing behind their commitments. I have their maintenance plan which includes prepaid maintenance for HVAC and plumbing. I had to schedule 4 weeks in advance because they were already scheduled. On the day of my appointment, one of heir employees left me a voicemail and a text asking me to cal them back to put me on the schedule because they were overbooked and could not do the maintenance appointment (which is already prepaid). How do they get overbooked when I scheduled 4 weeks in advance? Because they overbook themselves on purpose.
Still waiting to hear from management

The contract I signed said the company would be at my home the following day to install a condenser. After my second call to the company the following day regarding when the work crew would arrive at my house, I was told they actually wouldn't be there until the next day! Consequently, I spent three days in a house without any air conditioning in over 96 degree weather. I will never use your company again.

We had a pipe leak from our master bath upstairs. You can easily access the pipe from our first floor ceiling. They quoted $2,200....this was not including the $80 trip fee and $270 diagnostic fee....We were able to get someone in here for $600 for the same job.
They are very responsive and seem to have a big team but they are trying to cover all their overhead costs on the small projects rather than have competitive pricing to gain a life long customer.

Great initial service apt from Husam, who was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything, before and after speaking with the project manager, and never once tried to push or sell anything we didn't need. Even when I asked 'what's the difference between.....' he explained, and told me what he would have done, and what he would recommend for himself or one of his children, which I greatly appreciated. If the review was solely for Husam, it would be 5 stars... I dropped one because holy moly is it expensive! While this is a necessary evil, especially in a Texas heat wave, the cost of a new system is astronomical. The project manager, Steve, explained everything, and gave us an upgraded warranty which was also greatly appreciated. In all, THANK YOU to Husam- you helped us when we needed it, and my husband and I enjoyed telling jokes and stories with you!

Ryan and Deonte did an amazing job the last couple of days. I had to have a static and hydrostatic test done and they worked the issue thoroughly. Although the work is expensive, Ryan and Deonte were always finding ways to keep me calm through their rapport via casual conversations as they passed by while working and maintaining positive attitudes that passed on to me during my time of pain as the cost kept increasing while they worked lol. Overall great group and great work they both did.

In early May Goettl scheduled my maintenance for today May, 30 at 3 pm. I called just after 3 and they cancelled my appointment and said they cannot schedule again until late June. My first experience last fall was fine, and they even convinced me to buy a monthly contract for maintenance, and I will need a new unit this year. It will not be from Goettl.

Newly located to San Antonio and saw the Goettle commercials on TV. They looked professional with their tagline "Done the right way, not the easy way" well I wouldn't know since they can't seem to do anything anyway.
Being a new homeowner I contacted Goettle when the big freeze hit in December 2022, noticed a broken pipe and contacted Goettle, since I knew I would need other plumbing jobs with a new house I signed up for their Sadie package which is supposed to include HVAC, plumbing and water heater maintenance. Ever since they have been terrible at getting to their jobs on time. One job alone to address a pipe draining was rescheduled 3 times alone and only realized when I called and levied a complaint over the phone. When they finally arrived they were unable to perform the job based on the condition of the pipe in question. Since you get a number of free drainings a year with the Sadie package they made no attempt to address any of the other pipes and they drained out my NEW water heater even though I specifically advised them not to since it was brand new. They did it anyway.
The latest issue is with my HVAC system. During a recent inspection it was noted that some ducts had rips or tears in them, so I called Goettle since HVAC maintenance is done as part of the Sadie package and also to repair the ducts that had damage. I was advised when I called on Friday that there might be a delay or reschedule for my request but not likely since it was a holiday weekend and not too busy. Cue to day of appointment and just like all the other times before, Goettle needs to cancel and reschedule less than 2 hours from the appointment time and wants to reschedule a month later in July.
Yes, that's right they would like me to leave a couple of ripped ducts operating for another month in the South Texas heat.
Do yourself a favor, choose another company because Goettle is not reliable in any way, shape or form. Their call in desk is not associated with their actual team on the ground so there is no communication between them and you the customer gets ripped off in the end.

Darean Guerra came out to perform our requested service call of unclogging the tub drain in a secondary bathroom. He did a great job! He was very informative, friendly and professional. Darean was very thoughtful and respectful of our property as well with cleaning up after the work was performed. This is the 2nd time we've used Goettl and Darean is a great example as to why we will continue to use and refer Goettl for any plumbing needs.

This company is HIGHLY DECEITFUL. I called what I thought was a local plumber from Google called 24/7 Plumbing. It turned out to be Goettl. I decided that they could probably do the job for a reasonable rate. HA! They are total RIP OFFS! They wanted over $1,700 just to change out 6 old PEX connectors at the wall. My other plumber was not available and my kitchen sink connection is leaking. I needed the job done very soon. I told them NO and that I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN! The owner is in Las Vegas! I WASTED $89 just to have them come out! No SENIOR DISCOUNT on that either!!! This company is all about the money. I am sure the owner just sits in his expensive house all day making sure his little slaves work for nothing and charge as high a price as he can!
