Changing my review from one star and really pissed off to 5 stars and most happy.

It's not always what happens but how a company deals with the problem. Goettl fixed a problem caused by one customer service rep in a great way.

They fixed a massive air leak issue in my duct system and delivered a new HVAC system at a good price. I shopped the deal with a number of other companies. Goettl was not the cheapest but they did deliver the best value when I looked at guarantees, product price, and other financial considerations. Goettl stood up admitting mistakes and made them more than right.

I would recommend you giving them a fair look.

I so enjoyed the young men who worked on our duct and cleaned our air ducts on Thursday. They were very respectful and committed to customer service which was a pleasant surprise. You have a great crew and I would be glad to refer any of my friends to your business. One other thing I learned about Goettl is you hire veterans and I LOVE that!!! Thank you for doing this! We love are troops !!!!

goettl installed a complete A/C unit a few years back and promised outstanding service. last week my AC stopped cooling on a 105 degree holiday weekend. I called Goettl and was told, sorry, our next service appoint isnt open until the following wednesday! I called Parker and Son and was told that a repair tech would be at my home in 30 minutes. Parker and Son was courteous and had my AC up and cooling in short order. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND GOETTL TO ANYONE!

Was able to get an appointment for the following day. My tech was great explained to him my issues and he got to work quickly on fixing my problem. Offered me a few options and what the cost would be for each one. Would call them again if needed.

We made it through the summer of 2016 without any failures. However, last year, the 4-ton system failed. Goettl once again stepped up and replaced the compressor, free of charge. I paid nothing for parts and nothing for labor.

Honestly, I don't know whether the continual problems are due to the hardware or the ineptness of the initial installation or the initial specification/design where TXVs were not part of the package. Our two systems are ""Amana"" branded, which is a Goodman product. Goodman is without question THEE least favored brand, consistently. I had *hoped* that the up-branded ""Amana"" badging and top-end features would be a quality product.

I go through each season with anxiety - as opposed to peace of mind - that one of the compressors will die again. And at this point we are nearing the end of our 10 yr parts & labor warranty. And then what?

In the overall analysis, I have to stand by the 2 star rating, which Yelp describes as ""Meh. I've experienced better."" My rating of Goettl is certainly closer to ""Meh"" than it is to ""A-OK"". I might give a rating of ""Meh - they're okay. Maybe."" They HAVE honored their warranty, graciously and without hesitation.

George was so nice to have come by and fix our AC at the end of his shift on the evening of Saturday, August 13. I give George 10 stars. Once he heard that I was pregnant and in a hot house he came out and had the AC fixed in 30 minutes. He even had kind words and advice about having a baby/children.
On the other hand the Goettl product I am not very impressed with. I purchased this unit 6 years ago because Goettl is known to be top of the line. Last year (when the AC was only 5 years old) the motor died and had to be replaced. This May 2016 I had my AC serviced before the heat arrived and they replaced the capacitor/run. Well, 2 months later on August 13 the same part died and left us in a hot house with guests from out of town-majority young children and I'm pregnant. I called Goettl and they were not going to send anyone out for 3 days because I had not renewed my 'club membership' for $165.00 which I was not aware of because the service guy in May never verbalized a thing about this. Besides, I spent $8000 on this unit and in my opinion someone should come out ASAP to service it and it shouldn't take 3 days to have it fixed especially since it took only 30 minutes to fix this faulty part. We live in very hot temperatures in AZ and this is unacceptable. I will NEVER purchase another Goettl product. My previous AC which was 20 years old was more efficient than this 6 year old Goettl unit.

The service guy Andrew was wonderful. he was polite with me and man he was training. He took care of all my problems. He provided me with a manual for thermostat and He set it the way I asked.

I was not happy that I was charged 2 service calls for the Air conditioner and the cooler as I have never been charged 2 calls and they have always worked on both units just about every time I have had a service man out. It was one trip. and I am under warranty and your extended warranty.

We had called to schedule an air conditioning service, the technician was running late initially. Then after our four-hour window they called and said that he went home with heat stroke. We completely understood as it's blistering hot this time of year. So we rescheduled for another day. Again, we waited around for 4 hours, then they called and said the technician went home again with heat stroke. Again we understand because it is so hot but at this point we think that they should plan for worst-case scenario and situations like this. They gave us an $80 credit so we attempted to use them one additional time. The third time they gave us a 4 hour window, they called us about halfway through the four-hour window and said they were running behind. We then got a phone call after our 4 hour window and said he was on his way. But it would take him 45 minutes to get there. Needless to say they never came out to service our air conditioner and we will never choose them in the future.

We had 3 HVAC companies bid on fixing our AC at the beginning of the summer. All but Goettl recommended a full replacement of both units. Goettl performed an inexpensive tune up on both units and they are still running perfectly today. Thank you Goettl for your honesty and professionalism.
