errol, was a professional, very pleasant and explained everything clearly.
my only complaint is the $269.00 price that includes the ""plumbing"" . i believe most people don't want the plumbing service, and would pay the old $120.00 for 2 times a year for the ac/ heating service. goettl will lose a lot of business with their current policy -(either buy the plumbing service or we don't want you as a customer)- ps, i'm grandfathered in as an old customer, i would not pay the higher price.

I have had my house for 32 years. Its 45 years old, and the ducking was shot. bought new AC two years ago, and always felt it should be blowing better. had to go to attic on a hot summer day, and it was cooler up there then the house was. Old ducting full of holes. They came in with a fair price to re-duct entire house. Did it all in about 6 hours, and I couldn't be happier.

Liked the service I had as they had a Sub contractor come to our house for Goettl and they gave good estimate but was too high but it depends on the Advertising as somehow they have to pay for that jut like Lawyers and other businesses..But when you have to pay 750.00 Plus to pay for a AC Condenser Fan replacement..That was high after i saw 4 other Vegas companies offer same work for highest 375.00...But cannot always have the cheapest service

Waited 2 weeks for my ""rejuvenation"". I received a call an hour after the scheduled window and was told it would be another hour. Cancelled the service and requested a refund since they charge up front. I was told it was too late for a refund. Radio ads are complete BS. UPDATE: It's now one year later. I scheduled a ""Rejuvenation"" in April for May 14th (today). Just got a call that they can't make it out and need to reschedule for JUNE 31st. Horrible company. At least they were willing to refund my money. Let's see how long this takes.
UPATE: It's now been 2 months and no refund. I've called every 2 weeks and haven't received a penny. Now disputing the charge with my bank.

Excellent service friendly and fast. The only thing I would change is the 4hr window. 2hr tops. Other then that thank you for the service.

I paid over $200 for the rejuvinated service. Suppose to lower ele bills and make units last longer. I have since found out I way over paid and my units are not in the condition he said. Sure wish I had gone elsewhere and saved allot of money.

Our two bedrooms above the garage never stayed cool in the summer. Tech came out and recommended installing extra vents. $1,200. We agreed. When they came out the following week they had to cut a hole in a wall up in the attic separating the rooms from the rest of the house in the attic space. Discovered the true problem - no insulation was installed. They stopped work, told us the problem (and showed us pictures), recommended an insulation company, and refunded all of the money, minus the $50 service fee. They could have easily just completed the work and ripped us off ( most companies would). Instead, they were honest and earned a lifetime customer.

They were very courteous and arrived quickly when my old AC stopped working; however, they tried to charge me $10,000 - $11,000 for a new unit with a lower rating than the one I had put in by another company for $6,200. I am extremely unimpressed with the nearly $5,000 price difference.
