We made switch from All Pro to Goettl last year. Our initial experience with them was great, the technician came on time and was very helpful. This year we scheduled service for our A/C again since the hot season is coming, we received a call that same day to confirm our appointment. The next morning we got a call and we were told that the technician wouldn't be able to make it. We said ok that's fine we understand that with the current situation the calls may get backed up a bit so we rescheduled for a week later. Today we didn't receive any calls to confirm the technician appointment , halfway through our time window I called in to the office to get an ETA and was told that the technician would not be able to make it again. They said that they could reschedule us and that the next available date would be until the end of the month or the first week of next month, today is the 1st! Pretty disappointed. Last year when they serviced our unit we were pretty sure that Goettl was our new A/C company but now I'm gonna have to go with someone else. I have small children in the house and summers in the IE can be brutal, I can't wait a month to get service.

I scheduled an appointment last week for today. Rather then calling to say that there is a repair they wait u til my appointment to call and say they cancel. When I explain that I have taken the day off work and that I would like to keep my service since I have lost a days pay. Her response was to offer a discount to $79 rather then the $120. It's a difficult time for everyone and I get that but your techs need to communicate better earlier. Your failures to properly staff and meet the needs is one thing but failing to properly communicate that the problem is an all day issue is unacceptable. I will be going to WeCare for service now. I hope this helps you resolve the issues. -one dissatisfied customer.

I had Goettl out yesterday for a annual service ( first time using them ) First of all they were on time , called when in route , and when installer got here (Robert Florez ) super professional, polite , very knowledgeable explained all of the Goettl policy that made them who they are today , I've had A lot of service so called professionals out over the years and NONE were like Robert . He went well above and Beyond to take his time and Do things right , answer all my many questions and explain Everything he was doing to my unit , he installed a Air Scrubbier purifier and a new Nest thermostat . I can't say enough How efficient and satisfied I was when he was done . DEFINITELY will use Goettl again and again. 5 stars Robert ..

Excellent service. Scheduled the air conditioning rejuvenation. Juan was very professional, kept me informed of everything he found regarding our air conditioning unit. He found two blown out capacitors and replaced them on the spot. Also did a couple more things to the air conditioning unit. He also worked with us on the price so it wasn't crazy expensive. Afterward he gave advice/options for when we have to replace the system. Thank you Juan and thank you Goettl! I definitely recommend them!
Update: 3/2020 - Technician Art came out to inspect the ac unit Juan had serviced last year because it stopped blowing cold air again a few days ago. Very professional and gave us options on what we needed to do since our old ac unit was using the old non-environmentally friendly refrigerant. After weighing all the options, my wife and I decided to have the whole system redone (ac, heater, and blower). We were thinking we would have to schedule another appointment on another day but they installed it pretty much same day. After we confirmed with Art what we wanted done, we spoke with Ryan who set us up with an ac unit, heater and blower and coordinated the whole thing. Then Christian and Steve (the install team) came out in a couple of hours and did the install. Since our ac unit is on the roof of the second floor, they brought in a crane truck to lift the new ac unit over the roof of our house to the install location. Christian and Steve also changed out some ductwork that might have been interfering with airflow to certain parts of the house. They stayed pretty late to get as much of the work done but because the custom ductwork took a little longer to fabricate, they had to come back for just a couple of hours the next morning to finish up even though it was starting to rain. The new system is working great. Big shoutout to Art, Ryan, Christian, and Steve for taking care of us. We appreciate their professionalism, friendliness, and hard work!

This company is fantastic. They came out twice and they are much better at cleaning the AC unit then i other companies that i have seen. They don't push fixes or repairs. They are not too expensive, and very nice. I have two kids and they gave each a flashlight and a stuffed dog so they wouldn't fight. I will definitely use this company from now on.

From start to finish we had a really good experience. I woke up and our water heater was leaking. I called the Corona office and spoke with Daryl he was super nice and helpful and booked my appointment. I got the call from the technician Matthew and he came out within an hour. We ended up replacing it because it was really old anyways and was able to replace it the same day. He even let us know that our gas turn on/off was seized up and helped up call the gas company to come out and fix it and stayed while it had to be relit. Thank you!

Terrible . The first visit was good but thereafter the customer service has been terrible .
So I bought the service for both of our homes and I've been blown off twice. I find it very interesting that both times I was going to get service at two different locations they had a mishap with the technicians. I know things happen but this is just ridiculous !
I've waited for several weeks for this appointment took time off waiting and waiting and they have the audacity to tell me that they will have to reschedule my appointment ! third time is not the charm! I'm not gonna give them a third chance . game over I do not recommend this company. I'd rather deal with Mike Diamond Plumbing and pay the extra cost and avoid the bull. They are obviously doing extra charge calls before this and blowing the yearly check ups off!
too bad for them because I had a faucet and a hot water valve they needed to fix -but oh well. Goettle...Not only is it hard to spell ...but they are hard to deal with!

Oscar came out to do my annual inspection. He was very thorough explaining everything and took his time checking all the air condition and heating unit. I am very happy to sign up with Goettl!!!

Am so pleased...Ibrahim was so professional and patient...answering all my questions, and showing me photos of work to be completed. He was careful and meticulous. Goettl is lucky to have him!

We had a new HVAC system installed in November 2019 and it didn't pass inspection. Today Christian and Steve came to my house and found the problem right away. They fixed everything just like it should have been. They were knowledgeable and polite. Their systems may be more expensive but I trust their service. They apologized for the inconvenience and told me to call if we had any other problem. I have no idea who the installation team was but they obviously weren't up to the usual standards set by Goettl. The inspector was really surprised that the system didn't pass inspection.
