The technician forgot his followup appointment from a two-part fix. When I finally called in and complained they made an appointment. On the day of the appointment they cancelled and had to reschedule. On the day of my next appointment they called and cancelled again. I am still waiting for my AC to be fixed.

Update: The technician seemed intent on making up for my bad experience and gave extra good service today. I am putting the rating back up to four stars.

Way too expensive! Called to have my AC checked furnace motor was bad. Charged me $308 to change a $10 capacitor. Wanted $900 to replace the blower motor! I had a neighbor go Johnstones and bought a blower motor and capacitor for $85!!!!! Total ripoff

Had new whole house HEPA filters installed by Waltons and our technician Christian was the most skilled and honest HVAC service tech I've ever had. He found and fixed several problems with the way our builder installed our systems. He took great pictures and took the time to explain everything so i could understand what the builder did wrong. He also installed safety pans with cutoff switches under all our units so i now have piece of mind that we won't have water damage should the a/c drainage fail. He noticed and fixed one of the units that had the primary and secondary drains backwards so now i know why we always had water draining out of the side of our house when the a/c runs a lot. Thanks Christian for all your hard work and for taking the time to do the best job possible. I very highly recommend Walton's to anyone that needs a Whole House HEPA filter, HVAC repairs or just an annual maintenance and I will definitely be calling them first if i ever need heating or a/c service again.

In all, the experience with Walton's Heating and Air was extremely pleasant, from the costumer service person on the phone when I first called, Todd coming out to the house in the late evenings three different times and making sure we were satisfied and giving us his cell phone number to call or text him if there were any questions or issues. As well as, Chris O, Phil and Eddie doing the removal and install. I will be recommending Walton's to my family and friends.

Needed the thermo-couple replaced in my furnace. Was going to do it myself but there were a couple small copper lines that had me thinking and since I didn't want to second guess myself I'd decided to give Walton's a call. I stated specifically that I just needed the thermo-couple replaced - they said OK and they'd have a tech come out. Tech came out, looked at the furnace and even though there was a small access hole near the lower area of the furnace - he'd said have to take the whole front face off just to get to the part that needed replacing... and it would cost around $300. He then proceeded into a drawn out sales pitch (if it's not the Thermo-couple, it could be this, and if it's not that, then it could be this.. on and on) which would have resulted in the purchase of a whole new furnace - but not to worry because I was eligible for a payment plan (cost would have been $5800.00). All in all... I ended up telling him I'd think about it and took his calling card. I later went to Home Depot, paid $11.00 for a new universal Thermo-couple and using the small access hole near the lower area of the furnace - had it installed in 30 minutes. Moral of the story - don't send a sales person to do a tech persons job.

Our experience with WALTONS AC AND FURNACE REPAIR was GREAT!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! They were very affordable, honest, knowledgeable, respectful, and trust worthy! Our technician was Eric. He was EXCELLENT! He was on time, professional, courteous, respectful and VERY knowledgeable! He came, diagnosed the issues and had the AC up and running like new in under an hour! We had received two other estimates by two other AC repair companies prior to calling WALTONS. Those other companies were total rip offs!... trying to get us to pay for unnecessary repairs! BUT NOT WALTONS :)! Their technician. Eric, showed my husband exactly what was wrong with our AC and fixed it on the spot! If I should ever need service again, we will be requesting for them to send Eric. THIS COMPANY us EXCELLENT, fair, honest, trustworthy, and their customer service is great! We could tell they were not motivated by making the most money possible but providing the BEST service experience ever!! They've outdone themselves! I will recommend them to everyone that I know! !
