I was very unsatisfied with this company as they were very high rated. I am new to home-owning and was needing to service my AC after it going out. Moving forward to repair day, there is the tech who I was just plain uncomfortable with. This tech was very rude as he advised me I would be needing an entire new unit and trying to upsell me on a unit of 20k. I was not gonna spend some obscure amount of money on an entire new unit without research or quotes from other companies. As I decided not to move forward he was very rude and obnoxious and condescending. Before me deciding he was offering to lower prices that were unrealistic as the finance department had advised me AND him via phone call (day of repair) that it was not possible. Also noting that during the call they were not very professional and inappropriate when talking to each other in front of a customer. If I was any prospective customer I would research and possibly look elsewhere for a company that treats people better and acts a little more professional.

I called Goettl - Reno on a weekday during the mid-morning hours for evaluation of my failed 27 y/o central A/C system and to get repair and/or replacement quotes. Goettl's field tech, Jef Eusepi, arrived in uniform within just a couple of hours (!!) Jef was not only prompt, he was also friendly and efficient, and Goettl's system for producing quotes and estimates was seamless and impressive. Definitely recommended.

customer be very careful, I have had 2 complaints about these guys going into homes trash talking competitor companies trying to upsell their business the tec that has been doing this has no knowledge of the codes and is trying to charge customers to fix issues that don't need to be fixed telling them their water heaters are not up to code when they are up to code it is very unprofessional and disrespectful to carry out these acts. It would be a different story if they were correct but always make sure you get a second opinion I understand they are trying to expand their business in the reno nv area but the best way to gain trust and business is not to trash talk competition that's been here since day one and not lie to the customers trying to up-sale and gain profits.

I found another company to replace my motor and capacitor but I was impressed with Goettl Air Conditioning because they were willing to discuss what I needed to replace and did not try to hard sell me a new A/C unit.

My husband called Goettl and scheduled an appointment for them to come to our home for an estimate on a brand new system. They were a no-call/no-show for the estimate.
It looks like Lincoln will be getting our business. Too bad you missed a $20,000.00 sale Goettl. Our time is just as valuable as yours!

This company was professional compared to other A/C companies, but this is a big money grab. They priced out a new HVAC A/C unit at over $18k plus additional service fees. They are focused strictly on financing new products. I priced out a new HVAC A/C unit with several other companies and pricing is literally 50% less. Don't waist your $89 on a service call. There are much more competitive companies available with strong reviews.

We scheduled for a plumber and hvac tech to come to our house, scheduled for separate days. The plumber was a no call, no show. Upon contacting Goettl, we initially didn't receive an apology, offer to reschedule, or a reason until I asked. We were ultimately told ""it says emergency"" and that they called. No one called. Still wasn't offered to reschedule. Needless to say, we decided to go with another company.

This review is late in coming, so my apologies to the techs that we've had. We were using 4seasons heating. They merged with Goettl. I was concerned how the transition would occur. Those concerns were soon put aside. Goettl contacted us, let us know the service would continue to be at the level we were used to with 4seasons. We weren't disappointed. We have had 3 different techs. All three have been exceptional. I'd like to recognize Jef Eusepi (hvac), Christopher Vanwinkle (plumbing), and Dan Weinhold (hvac).
Special shout out to Jef, who was our first tech working with Goettl. He's a great representative of Goettl. Very professional and friendly.

I never leave reviews, but this company deserves one. My AC was under warranty and the tech said I would need to call Bryant myself to do warranty because they cannot take the time. I called Bryant and they said nope only the contractor can warranty parts. I Called them back and they said sorry we don't and won't do the warranty.
My part was still under warranty and would have saved 600.00. They charged $250.00 per hour.
Sierra the company I used prior did the warranty on my other ac without me even asking to do so. Run don't walk from this company.

I would recommend this team to anyone that needs nice people fast response and a great value for great service
Plus I had Gary Hopkins come fix my plumbing and water heater great service
He worked fast and and clean the area after he was done great customer service and respectful they are the best and I will be using them again thank for a great job to Gary and Cris
