Jerold came to replace two toilets in our apartment, everything went smoothly and he was efficient and professional. The price was reasonable and the whole process was relatively smooth. Unfortunately there was a mixup and the tech showed up Friday instead of Monday, but it didn't affect anything. This company seems to be a network of contracted plumbers/techs, just FYI. Not necessarily a bad thing.

The best plumbing company I have hired. The office was very professional and the plumber Michael was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

Our home had a banging noise in our pipes when the water was running. Mike was meticulous when finding out the cause.

They generally do not charge for a visit unless work is done. Reasonable rates.

As a real estate agent, I have had the pleasure of working with Pacific Drain & Plumbing for years. This time we needed it on our own home. Ed Ostini came and thankfully unclogged roots from our drain and recommended we have a scope to better understand why this happened. Brandon Wheeler, whom I have seen many times as a real estate agent, came and scoped our pipes. He was very professional and explained everything that he saw. He found where the roots had been cut off by Ed and we have determined the exact location.

Extremely pleased with Brandon and Ed and their service at our home. Again Pacific Drain & Plumbing has proved to be the expert in drains and plumbing.

I used Pacific Drain & Plumbing last week to help unclog an upstairs shower drain. I checked with a couple of highly rated plumbing businesses on here, Pacific Drain & Plumbing offered the lowest cost to come out and assess the issue + they offered the quickest (same day) response time. Upon arrival the technician, SeanPaul M. was very courteous & professional. He quickly fixed the clogged drain & was informative of what he was doing. I have used a few other plumbers in the past, but will always use Pacific Drain & Plumbing in the future. SeanPaul was outstanding!
