Super impressed with Goettl. Ran into a nasty drain issue a few months ago, but due to rain and other ongoing construction could not address. Jordan sorted out issue temporarily, but flagged that cast iron drain lines were in bad shape.

Last Friday, lines plugged and I could not clear, even trying with my snake. Called, Grant came out, and was able to clear a bit, but showed lines had effectively collapsed.

Enter Sergio and crew. They arrived bright and early Saturday, cleared enough that we could use bathrooms for weekend. Full multi day job to renovate lines, finding buried clean outs, replacing those that were defective, clearing all blockages, installing liners, and installing spin coat where liners could not go. Communication was excellent, work was clean, workspace was well secured and left tidy each evening.

I am super impressed with Sergio and his team! Amazed at how much they did in a few days.

And overall, everyone I worked with was professional, competent, thoughtful in how they approached the problems, and worked super hard in this heat wave. Really impressed, 100% recommend.

Goettl did a good repair of T&P on water heater, but extremely overpriced. Charged $660 labor for an hour of easy work, the plumber's labor rate is higher than a Heart Surgeon.

Our AC failed us in summer ""of course"" Though I was not happy that the unit was just under four years old, Goettl set out a tech named ""Jeff"". Jeff was knowledgeable and very polite. Jeff was on the ball and wanted to get right too the root cause of the problem and he did. The Goettl team worked with us very well. Thank you Goettl and thank you Jeff for being so good at what you do!!

Wow! What a wonderful experience with Grant and Nate they were honest and helpful, they explained my plumbing issue in a very simple way, so I understood completely the problem. They were very nice, polite and I enjoyed having them work on my plumbing issue in my home.
I wish I knew about this company before! I have spent so much money in plumbing and this company was so reasonable and fair.
I will ALWAYS use them in the future!

Just say No to Goettl. They tried to talk me into expensive work that was not needed. I have heard of two other women that have had similar experience with this company. A $800. job that cost her $3500. and they wanted to do $6000. Goettl bought out Pacific Drain that we had used. I just received an ad for Pacific Drain with a $50. gift card. I assume it is Goettl trying to get more business. Say no and find someone that has been honest and respected.

I manage a property and have used different companies and have been so impressed with Goettl. From the telephone calls and customer service to management and on the highest level of gratitude, the technicians. Wow these guys really know how to problem solve and get results. I have used the HVAC service last year and yesterday used the plumbing service. Mike showed me the problem (slow drain in bathroom), fixed it, and gave me options to use a product that will keep the drainage issue better under control. His professionalism and personality are 5 star as he went above and beyond with his service. I signed up with their HVAC maintenance plan and will be happy to schedule with them again.

Advertising says $80 drain clean. Nope $400
Very friendly and professional. Responsive too. I ended up getting a snake cable from Home Depot for $13 and doing it myself. Bait and switch be Leary if any company offering a drain clean for less than $100. Because we called ahead of time and challenged the price we were not charged a trip fee.

We've had them do both drain clearing and HVAC service. Both have been good, but pricey. If you are willing to pay for good work, call them.
