We couldn't have asked for a better experience as we had with specific drain. Our technician Ryan was an absolute dream to work with and was so incredibly thorough in helping us solve our drainage problem at our house. Both our bathroom tub and shower drains were completely clogged and Ryan did everything in his power to resolve our issue. He even stuck around longer to make sure that the second technician he called got the job done. I would recommend Pacific train for the customer service alone, not to mention how incredibly talented they are what they do. I'm happy to say that after their service both a shower and bathtub draining perfectly fine. I would give these guys six stars if I could.

Pacific Drain to the rescue AGAIN! This is the third time they have been to my house over the last two years and each specialist has been as helpful as the last. NY BOBBY was no exception. He took his time! Problem solved from my ""woman's"" description of what was wrong and the noises being heard. He said I can try this and this...and long behold it worked. He had the parts in his truck he needed to fix my valve immediately. He could not have been kinder and more helpful. He even called my husband to make sure he looked at everything that needed to be done. I found Pacific Drain on Angie's List. Called them to get various plumbing work done at the house I just moved into. They were quick to fit me in around the busy holiday time. ""New York"" Bobby was very helpful and honest. Being a first time homeowner he even took a quick look around the house for plumbing problem areas and recommended fixes without pressuring or using sales tactics in the slightest. It was just more of an FYI. I was so pleased with Bobby's work I requested him specifically when I called Pacific Drain at a later date to do some plumbing related to a remodel.

My water filtration system was mildly leaking from the tank. The filtration company came out and told me the water pressure was getting too high affecting the tank and that I needed a thermal expansion tank attached to the hot water heater. So I called Pacific Drain and set an appointment. Very polite, professional, on time and equipped with the parts to do the job! Then it turns out the tech was someone I knew and he loves the company! So that makes it a great recommendation from within the company and outside for you and me the consumer!

Had a leak under the house on a Sunday - called and received a call from the Plumber Troy Abbott right away. It was a busy day, but he promised to be on his way as soon as he could. Troy even texted messaged us when he was on his way. When Troy got to our house he was right to work and fixed the leak quickly. Travis and his assistant, Mark, did a superb job with clearing the clogged drains on the driveway. They were very professional, allowed me to watched, taught me a few things, and answered questions I had. Travis and Mark took their time to ensure that all roots and other debris were removed from the drains. Overall, I am very satisfied with the outcome. I definitely would go back to these guys if I experience any other issues with plumbing.
