Two stars because they responded right away and worked with me to pay the balance on my pay day.

Two gentlemen arrived. Assessed the issue & was given an outrageous price. Was able to lower the price, but half the work wouldn't be completed on the work order.

They begin the work but then they have to leave because they didn't have all the supplies/tools. Ok! They arrive back but only one resumes the work while the Master plumber has to take care of an emergency. No problem. I understand things do come up.

They finally complete the work. The new shower head is slightly crooked. Was told I'd receive an invoice once the bill was PIF. 3 days later, they are Paid in full.

Now, the hot water in my shower doesn't get as hot as it used to. In addition, the shower still leaks for approximately 3 minutes after the shower is turned off. ( this shouldn't be).
I receive a text asking how was the service and I explain my concerns and then no response. WOW!!

I requested a final invoice be sent to me 3X. I have yet to receive it.
What is the problem??
I just want the leak to stop and my final invoice with paid in full.

Please do better, especially with God's name attached to your work/ business.
Hope your experience is better than mine.

The quote I received to repair a pocket door that had come off the track was 4 times higher than anyone else's. Completely ridiculous!
