Just had an awesome experience with Mike. Had a handyman over yesterday to help with some things around the house and he said the main shut off valve was leaking on one of our toilets, the products they used were inferior and it needed to be fixed asap. Called Go With the Flow and they came out this morning. Mike looked at it and said ""nope, not the valve - these are great - they should have been secured inside the wall but nothing to worry about"", he then replaced the ""brains"" of the toilet and was done. Yes, it did cost me some money but he could have said it was a big deal and I would not have known any better and that would have cost me a boatload. I will definitely use them any time I have a plumbing issue going forward. I appreciated the responsiveness, the honesty, and the job done.

I called Go With the Flow on a Monday and they came the next day. They were the only company that would even give me an approximate price for the work. In fact one company wanted $89.00 to show up, then give me an estimate. Gotch ya! And Mike the employee that came to the house was extremely nice and profession and very concerned about not doing any harm and cleaning up afterwards. And the price was exactly the estimate they gave me!

I got multiple bids, and they had not only the best price, but they were the most responsive after hours to my needs, and they did such a good job, I had them go to another property and fix another issue as I left, the hose connected to a hose bib outside over the winter and a pipe, froze and broke, causing the leak in my house, which they fixed in an hour.

I live in a guest house that is new construction and the last thing I expected was a leak under my sink. A fitting to my electric water heater started leaking all over my floor. I cleaned up the mess and starting looking for plumbers. After calling three separate plumbers who didn't answer, I found Go With The Flow Plumbing and saw how incredible their ratings were and gave them a call. They answered right away and said they could be out to my house in a timely manner. Upon arrival, he was extremely personable and transparent with what he thought the issue was and the things he was going to do to fix the leak. This leak wasn't a standard leak and provided a lot of challenge but within an hour, the water had stopped leaking and everything was good to go. I cannot express enough how thankful I am with Go with the Flow Plumbing and the plumber they sent out to fix my leak. (I believe his name was Joe) Thank you Joe and everyone else at Go With The Flow Plumbing! I hope I won't be needing any more plumbing services anytime soon but if I do, Go With The Flow Plumbing will be my first and only company that I'll need to call.

My toilet has been leaking. Another company said I needed to replace it completely... I wanted a second opinion. 'Go with the Flow' Joe had someone out the next day, they found the source of the leak and fixed it. One year warranty, and way more cost efficient. Thank you for the help! Excellent service! It was the Monday after New Years and they were able to come out and took care of our two broken pipes! Would recommend these guys to anyone. They are friendly and professional.
