The initial quote was between 2550 and 2750, to which I agreed. Day of installation it went up to 3000. Since I'm not a fan of cold showers and had a hard morning at work, I agreed. To top everything off, I get no recipe or papers about the water heater, which would include the warranty. Best bet if you have the time, go to Lowe's.

I called at 8 am. Plumber arrived before noon. Fixed our problem for under $300. Mike was very capable and polite. I will use them in the future if I need any plumbing problems.

Our water was backing up into our bathtub. We contacted Go With The Flow that night. By the next morning they had contacted us, given us an affordable quote, and were available to come out that morning. Everything was fixed by noon! Very knowledgeable, didn't try to sell us on something unnecessary, just a straightforward problem solver. Will absolutely be our first call if/when we have another problem.

We were able to get someone to come right away (requested help late Weds evening, plumber arrived at 11 Thurs am) at a rate well within the market range. He was able to solve several problems for us quickly and efficiently, and was open about the cost breakdown before each task. Absolutely will use again! Highly recommended!

Just had an awesome experience with Mike. Had a handyman over yesterday to help with some things around the house and he said the main shut off valve was leaking on one of our toilets, the products they used were inferior and it needed to be fixed asap. Called Go With the Flow and they came out this morning. Mike looked at it and said ""nope, not the valve - these are great - they should have been secured inside the wall but nothing to worry about"", he then replaced the ""brains"" of the toilet and was done. Yes, it did cost me some money but he could have said it was a big deal and I would not have known any better and that would have cost me a boatload. I will definitely use them any time I have a plumbing issue going forward. I appreciated the responsiveness, the honesty, and the job done.

I called Go With the Flow on a Monday and they came the next day. They were the only company that would even give me an approximate price for the work. In fact one company wanted $89.00 to show up, then give me an estimate. Gotch ya! And Mike the employee that came to the house was extremely nice and profession and very concerned about not doing any harm and cleaning up afterwards. And the price was exactly the estimate they gave me!

I got multiple bids, and they had not only the best price, but they were the most responsive after hours to my needs, and they did such a good job, I had them go to another property and fix another issue as I left, the hose connected to a hose bib outside over the winter and a pipe, froze and broke, causing the leak in my house, which they fixed in an hour.
