After fixing leaks in near the water heater and in the sprinkler system with other companies, there was still a lot of water in the crawl space under the house. We were concerned the pipes in the house were degrading and needed replacing. We were aware that some types of pipes don't last for decades. So, we called in 2 repipe companies to examine our pipes and give us a quote if repiping would be required. Both companies said we had bad pipes, that they were in terrible shape, and the house needed to be repiped. They gave us quotes between $15,000 and $20,000 to repipe the house. Wanting to see if we could get a more reasonable quote, we found ""Go With The Flow Plumbing"" that market themselves as not ""upselling"", not pushing for more repairs than necessary to solve the problem. Alex came out and examined our pipes, our drainage, and even the crawl space under the house. He said he could not find any leaks. The water meter didn't appear to be moving at all, so either we didn't have any leak or it is an extremely slow leak. He suggested that we contact American Leak Detection to first determine if there was a leak and what is the source of the leak before we begin any repairs. Alex did provide us with a quote of $8,000 if we did have to repipe, about half of other repipe quotes. Having done research on the web, I did find that a house of our size should only cost around this amount on average. American Leak Detection found that we had no leaks in the pipes. The problem was the drainage from the yard. There was a problem with the drainage system. The downspouts and yard was sending all the water when it rains to under the house. None of it was going out to the street. So we need to fix the downspout and yard drainage system. Repiping the house would have cost a fortune and not even fixed the problem. So ""Go WIth The Flow"" ended up saving us thousands of dollars, a huge amount of money that wouldn't even have fixed the problem.

Very prompt and professional! Alex was great in helping diagnose my issue and explaining what needed to be repaired. While he wasn't able to fix my main issue he was very up front on what he could fix and rates were reasonable.

The master BR toilet clogged, and the guy that unclogged it said it really needed to be replaced. He recommended I buy a toilet on Amazon and then find someone to install it.

I did a Yelp search once the new toilet arrived, and Go With The Flow was one of five services that came up on the list. They were the least expensive, took my old toilet away, and did a very thorough, speedy and professional job.

Had them plumb two fixtures the first time we used them. They left and we saw a leak. They came back right away and fixed it. So far so good.
Based on that - we actually called them back for another larger job to bid. But I could tell the guy who came by wasn't interested in the complex re-pipe I needed. That's even though it could likely be done in a day and had at least 3k-7k revenue. Anyway- he left and said we'd hear back from them within a week for a quote. Never heard back again.
I've seen this a few times with contractors cherry picking - especially plumbing- where they'd rather wait for a new construction job where there is no drywall in the way - or a freshly framed addition.
Oh well. Found a good local sole proprietor plumber who isn't afraid of drywall.

We needed our garbage disposal replaced, when the pipes started leaking. I chose someone else on Yelp, who could get me in in two days, which seemed okay. But part of asking for an appointment on Yelp is them giving your name to four other businesses. One gave me a quote of $950-$1100 dollars.
Joe contacted me from Go With The Flow Plumbing & said he could get someone there today, and quoted me 1/2 the price of the other place.
For $525, Mike arrived early, installed a garbage disposal with a 12 year warranty, fixed the leaky, clogged pipe, and was neat, tidy, friendly and competent. A win all around!! Thanks Mike, and Go With the Flow!!

Right from the get go, Mike was very responsive. He was very informative and gave me everything up front and didn't try to beat around the bush (which I appreciate). He let me know what was up and gave me realistic options. He fixed my shower right then and there, whole thing took less than 30 minutes. The price was fair and at what I expected and didn't try to sell me on anything. He actually told me to disconnect my front hose so my pipes don't burst/leak during the winter! 10/10 would recommend!

Needed a water heater replaced. Got an insane quote from Lowe's installer, had Go With The Flow come out. They provided a free estimate, had the heater replaced in a timely manner right on budget, at a literal fraction of the price that Lowe's installer quoted. I will hire them again!
