Very Professional service. I have been using this company whenever I need plumbing work. They have taken care of clogs, slow drains, water heater replacement, a leaking toilet and a wobbly toilet. Always on time and will explain anything I ask-even makes sense. Very knowledgeable.

5 stars is not enough. Bryan has solved two plumbing issues after coming highly Recommended by a neighbor. The first issue was a slab leak, Bryan was able to isolate the leak and cut it off getting us back up and running while he worked on a re-route for some new pipes. He had the job done in one day, fixing the issue and saving me over some of the other quotes I had been given. On top of that his work is top notch.

The second issue was not as significant but was far more telling in his honesty and work ethic. I had a main line sewer stoppage. I called the first ""rooter"" company and they gave me a disaster story of the work I was going to need. I had a stucco'd over clean out that they didn't bother with opening up. They told me I needed a new clean out, a new pipe and they needed to pull up a 4x4 section of my floor, cement work etc. they provided two options of $9000 range and $4500 range. Then they said they'd ""help"" me out and just dig through my driveway. I called Bryan, he came out cleared the blockage with an auger, cut out all my roots and ran the camera through, the line looks brand new.

Bryan diagnosed the issue quickly, solved it quickly and did the work that was necessary without up-charging for nonsense work. He is a straight shooter and honest guy, can't recommend him highly enough. He even told me how to mitigate future problems and where I should install a clean out for my second story pipes. Good guy all around.

Besides having a cool name, I've found an honest plumber! Smart, professional, available, etc. I have recommended Bryan to several friends & they have been very happy with his work. I like how he patiently explains the why's & what's of the problem. I hope you won't need Go With The Flow but if you doo doo...please do! I couldn't resist.

We just moved to Newport and Bryan came recommended to me by a friend for any and all plumbing jobs. We called him to install a Toto bidet toilet which was far more complicated than my handyman was able to do, and I'm so glad we found Bryan to do it correctly! The process was quite involved, but he was able to do it for us with all of our customizations and requests in a timely manner. He also removed the old toilet and disposed of it for us, and installed a toilet paper holder for us as well, at no extra charge. I had previously called around for prices before I got his information and Bryan had them all beat. He's also fully bonded and insured, and guarantees all of his work-- great to know for our upcoming remodel projects. So thankful for the recommendation!

I found Bryan on Yelp. I was looking for an owner/operator instead of a big company. In the past I had hired plumbers from big companies and although they do good work, it got pricey. I just want a competent plumber who takes pride in their work and has excellent customer service.

Bryan checked all the boxes. Cool dude. Great customer service. Stellar communication. Highly competitive pricing. Clean. My mom was so impressed, she kept reminding me to write this review. And she's rarely impressed.
