Very happy with my experience! They came the same day and at the time they said they would. Juan was friendly, professional, quoted me a price ahead of time and unclogged my toilet quickly ( a friend's kid had dropped a metal lid in there and I just couldn't reach it). Completely flawless service today-- called first thing, got someone out within the hour. Diagnosed the problem and called me with diagnosis within 30
Minutes of arriving! And they even helped my tenant identify the inflow so that we could have water temporarily stopped while we sorted the rest of it out, which actually turned out to be a problem with the fridge and not the plumbing! Would gladly recommend any day!

Hands down BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! We had a major backup in our kitchen and within 45mins (not even!) he arrived and knew what the problem was by me just explaining my issue. As homeowners, one of our worst fears is returning home to find that we have ""sprung a leak-"" your sump pump quit, or your water heater has become a decorative piece in your basement and your water is no longer hot and is leaking, or your bathtub won't empty for the last 5 days. Juan Zarate, the owner and expert plumber of GO ROOTER has provided me with customer service above and beyond any that I have ever experienced, and I am 67 years old. My hot water heater went out on a Sunday morning. I called GO ROOTER and by 5:00 P.M. the new pump was in place, expertly installed, with no fuss or muss at a VERY reasonable price. Under normal circumstances, I most probably would have had to wait until Monday at 5:00 P.M. for service and then be charged an exorbitant rate for the ""emergency call."" Juan is conscientious, honest, attentive to what YOU want done, very hard working, and is most aware of the commodity we value most, time and money. His work is impeccable and if Juan tells you he can complete the work in one day- it WILL be done-at a reasonable price.
