Our builder installed one of the toilets poorly. We subsequently had a variety of issues that Charlie from Go Pro worked through to straighten out our plumbing problems. He answered all our questions and gave us specific recommendations to prevent future issues. Will use him again and would recommend him to any others in need of plumbing services. Professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable.

Just had our house attendant call me about the work we had Go Pro Plumbing do on our second house in Texas. She said they were very professional and tidy. We needed our "back flow preventor" fixed after my husband came home and ran into it. Lol
Charlie was the tech and he did a magnificent job and was super friendly and personable. The pricing was definitely fair. I will definitely be referring our friends to Go Pro Plumbing in the future.

While I cannot personally say I met Charlie, our attendant who isn't fond of most contractors said he was a peach and asked that I write the review since it was done at our home.

Charlie went above and beyond in helping us track down the water getting in to our guest bedroom after the heavy rains this week. He could've just done the standard tests, but he took the time to dig deeper and found the culprit. Our possible plumbing issue turned out to be something else.
