I called at 8 am and talked to Edgar. He was professional and arranged to have a technician out between 9 and 10am. I was updated by txt about my appointment and when the technician would arrive. Our technician, Christian, was professional and respectful of our home. He explained everything he was going to do. He did the job in a timely manner and cleaned the area he worked before leaving. Had a leak in our garage yesterday that got progressively worse.

Called Edgar, unfortunately, they were closed on Sundays, but he answered my call. After checking their schedule for Monday, he called me back to let me know, since we live near his business location, he could send someone out first thing in the morning.

Christian arrived in the time frame Edgar gave me. We explained the issue and where we suspected the leak came from. He took look at the water leak and after assessing the problem, he explained what could be the issues. He also explained he would need to cut through the dry wall to better see and locate the issue, so we consented to him opening up the dry wall.
Upon opening up the wall, we saw two pin leaks from the T cross copper pipes that came from the upstairs bathroom.

He, then explained that he would repair and replace the pipes. He promptly went to task and took care of the leaks very efficiently. The repair was clean, neatly done and more importantly fixed the leak!

Can't say enough about the promptness and efficiency of the work Christian did! He did the repair in good time and was finished in a couple of hours!

He had helped me a couple of years ago with a shower leak and my SIL's mother plumbing issue. Both times he was courteous, easy going and made what is known to be a headache to deal with, a pleasant experience.

I appreciate Edgar's helpful, open demeanor and especially his quickly accommodating our request and need.

I highly recommend Go Plumbing & More, they truly fulfill the ""More""!

5 Stars all the way! Called a bunch of plumbers here in Chula Vista, and almost everyone gave me the same price, but Go Plumbing definitely came out on top, replied fast, and scheduled sooner than most, great customer service!! Christian was sent, and was on time, big plus!! When Christian arrived, he explained everything in detail, then went right to work! Christian installed the toilet quickly and gave me some great plumbing tips, he is a real pro! Thanks Edgar and Christian, keep up the excellent work!!!

My water heater burst in the wee hours in the morning but Christian showed up and saved the day! He was prompt, explained all the steps, got to work and finished everything quickly. He was really informative and so nice! He even cleared a clog in my sink which wasn't on the to-do list but he was happy to help. Highly recommend for fast and professional service. I had a slow drain in my shower, which I bid out to Yelp and Edgar contacted me that afternoon saying that they could have someone out the next morning. Yet another great experience with Go Plumbing! This time it was to have a couple drains cleared..... reached out last night, heard back quickly, set up a time for next day and then was contacted by Charlie to say he could come EARLY.
