I messaged Go Plumbing and More about replacing a garbage disposal. After gathering 3 other quotes I saw how competitive this company is.

What convinced me to work with this company was the customer service. Edgar replied to me immediately and answered all questions I had. He also took my phone call on the first try and every time after he answered. Not a single missed call.

Miguel was the technician assigned to my order. He was very kind and professional also answering all of my questions. The install came out perfect and I'll be using them again for any future projects. No need to shop around anymore.

Of course our hot water heater would decide to commit suicide late Friday afternoon with Valentine's Day on Sunday and President's Day on Monday. Even us senior citizens don't have any interest in taking cold showers for the next three days. The first thing I always do is call one of the local businesses within our zip code. Always throw the business to a local first if you can. Go Plumbing & more is located close by and Edgar, the owner, answered my call. I explained to him that I needed a water heater replaced ASAP and how cold showers were out of the question. He understood completely. Sunday morning Edgar and one of his Ace employees, Miguel , showed up as promised and installed a brand new water heater. Knowledgeable, experienced professionals had the new water heater installed up to the present code requirements in less than two hours. They were very polite, answered any questions I had and explained everything they had to do since I last had a water heater replaced, 15 years ago. They saved the weekend for these seniors and I will gladly use them again. This newer business will impress you and I recommend you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

He arrived within the time frame that he prescribed. He fixed my water heater in short order & the charge was exactly in line to that quoted over the phone. My kitchen sink started backing up and had a bad smell. We tried to snake it but that didn't unclog it. We quickly realized we needed a plumber. We contacted Go Plumbing and they were able to send someone out within a couple hours. Miguel predicted what the problem could be and he was spot on. Turns out it was an old rusty cast iron pipe that had corrosion and wasn't letting any water get through. Miguel did an awesome job of locating the pipe, removing it and replacing with new pipes. This was a pretty big job and they were able to do it in a very timely manner. I highly reccomend Go Plumbing for any plumbing problems you may have!

My wife recently discovered a small leak at the base of the toilet in our guest bathroom. Since it wasn't an emergency type of deal, our kids stopped using that bathroom and I began to shop around for quotes on repairs. Go Plumbing and More provided a very competitive quote, which consisted of an hourly rate plus parts. They said that most repairs like mine can be done in less than an hour. So I booked them for a future date and provided them with my information via Yelp. Their representative was punctual and after reviewing the toilet to see the problem, he said it was likely the ring that needed to be changed. Once the repair was done, he showed me why the ring needed to be replaced, which was very helpful. The original ring that was installed a year ago was too small and the toilet wasn't smashing it. After installing a larger one, putting the toilet back, and caulking around it...the leak was gone...in under an hour. Thanks to the guys at Go Plumbing and More for a great experience!

Go Plumbing and More gave me a very competitive rate on a kitchen and laundry reroute. They went above and beyond in making sure the plumbing was done correctly. Then, after finding several severely corroded cast iron pipes, they scoped the rest of my plumbing. Thankfully, the rest was in good shape!
