I found Gary after our original plumber on our remodel left us in a bind. From the start, Gary was fast to respond and came over immediately to access our project. He fit us in over a two day period and installed all our toilets, faucets, dishwasher, shower trim and hot water tank with precision. A tricky proposition when coming in after another plumber had started the work. Not only was his final cost lower than just about everyone, but his bid was spot on. No surprises. We had a budget conscious project that felt insurmountable but Gary rescued us and made our house a home again. Plus he's a really nice guy too. Happy to have found a plumber I can trust and who does excellent work. I'd recommend him to anyone. Thanks Gary for everything!

This review is a long time coming. I'm not much of a ""reviewer"" unless the service received is exceptional and Gary's work has warranted this. He has helped me at several locations through the years and has ALWAYS been communicative, thoughtful, friendly and his prices are extremely fair. It's a good feeling to know that you have someone in this profession that you can trust. Go Long!

Called Gary on a Saturday morning for a clog from the night before. He was quick to respond, troubleshoot the issue over the phone and give a quote. He was great about communicating his timeline. After the job was done, he also offered to check on other quick things if any. Very nice guy, would definitely call again.

Mystifying. The first time calling and Gary fixing the kitchen drain was super service, however, I've called and left two voicemails for work on the same kitchen drain and haven't heard back or received any calls from him. ???

How does one go from stellar response to 0.

Even if he was too busy, whatever the reason, isn't it best to call back and let someone know???

We just moved into a new home and 2 days later the toilet broke. After several people recommended Gary at Go Long Plumbing, I put in a message for help. I received a response within a half hour and scheduled service for that very next morning. Gary quickly fixed the problem and everything is back up and running. I was highly impressed with the service, especially the response time!

Gary is a life saver!! Our water heater had a leak which we discovered on Thanksgiving Day when our laundry room was flooded (fun times). Gary picked up our call and asked us to text him a picture of the leak. He gave us the price, told us when he would be there and we agreed. On top of being able to come over here on no notice and get the job done without any extra cost, he was easy to talk to and very personable.

As of this writing, he cut the pipe, replaced the leaking parts, tested and verified there was no more leaking. Gary is the real deal and is an honest guy, we are thankful for him! Thanks, now we have a go-to guy anytime we have a problem.

Called and left a message requesting help with a leaky p trap. 48hrs have passed and I haven't recieved a return phone call. Sure my issue isn't an emergency but I am In need of a plumber and would like to set up an appointment. Guess I'll take my $$ elsewhere.

New house had slow drain in bathroom sink and tub. Mom group had 1 recommendation for another company after reading poor reviews decided to go with Go Long Plumbing because of good reviews. Gary did not fail! Great guy. We were not in a rush and he was able to come out in a few days. Fixed the drain and then spent a few extra minutes with me and my questions about remodeling even offered advice how to remodel on a budget. Felt like he was part of the family, informative, great price and will for sure call again with future projects. Highly recommend!
