Vince was a lifesaver!
We had just moved into our new house, it was 90 out, a Sunday, and we have an infant--and our A/C wasn't working. Vince actually answered the phone and helped walk me through diagnosing the problem. He was incredibly patient, responsive, and knowledgable. Super nice guy, and we are very grateful for his help. Highly recommend!

Newtown Square location: We Do NOT recommend this company/location for plumbing work. Tech worked slow, difficulty handling job which extended the service call, owner gave unprofessional response to expressed concerns, requested itemization of bill not provided. Owner said ""No problem"" when we relayed we will no longer use his company. That says it all.

Got a quote from Yelp, Standard rate $145 to come check out our spigot for our yard, with additional $65 per hour work rate, So our appointment they set had to be moved on day further for 8:00 - our tech Frank who called has some delays for personal family traffic, arrived at 9:45 am; Came looked everything over, then left to go buy materials for the spigot we requested. He worked till around 1:30 pm. As we asked additional work we needed help hooking up our washing machine. Got the bill for $448 for both items taken care of and working fine. All in all good no complaints; fairly typical service call, work done well as expected, cleaned up left no mess. Only minor disappointed by the delays - would definitely use again!

We had a clogged kitchen drain that needed to be repaired - a fairly standard procedure. We were quoted 145$ through yelp, which was a fair price. When the plumber came in, he did so with NO tools just to ask where he could park. After 20 minutes or so, he now came back with no tools to examine the sink. Now he had to go back to his truck to the right tools. After working on the sink for a few minutes, he realized that the snake that he had brought up was not enough so he went back to his truck once more. After approximately 2.5 hours, most of which consisted of back-and-forth walks from our apartment to the truck, the clog drain was fixed. But according to the plumber we would now be invoiced 325$ (A 250% markup on the original quote!) because the original estimate apparently service call, not labor.
