These guys were great! They showed up, listened to all my plumbing needs in my new home. I didn't know what work was needed, but Mike was really honest and advised me what's needed and what looks good. Additionally, I wanted to install a RO system for the sink and fridge, replace the faucet in the kitchen, and ensure the house water softener was functioning as designed. They got straight to work, even picked up my faucet while out getting parts. The end result was a perfectly installed system, tip-top water softener functionality, perfectly functioning sinks, toilets, drains, and dishwasher flow. The owner, Matthew, even stopped by to see how things were going and check up on things. All in all, super service, incredibly personable, and high-quality workmanship. Anyone looking for a great plumber, I would highly recommend Go Go Rooter and Plumbing without hesitation. I will use them for any of my future plumbing needs.

We recently moved into a flipped house and had issues with our plumbing shower/toilet that cause some frustrating clogs. I gave Matt a call in the morning and provided him the problem, and a little more than an hour he arrived.

Matt did a thorough job on the mainline and was able to resolve the clogs for both bathrooms. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone given his excellent response time and fair price on the work.

It's two in the morning, I just got off work, I'm tired, I have to go back as soon as I wake up, but you know what? It is more important that I take the time to recognize Matthew and Go Go Rooter for the work they performed while I was at work today.

My water heater started leaking Friday at 4:30 pm (of course). I placed a claim with my home warranty company and they sent the service request to Matthew at Go Go Rooter. He called me a bit after that and explained that the home warranty company's office is closed on weekends and cannot approve work so it would probably have to wait until Monday. Regardless, he said he'd do his best to get a hold of somebody to approve the work. Unfortunately he could not and it had to wait until today/Monday.

I had to go to work but I let Matthew know my wife would be home all day and he could perform the work any time. My wife tells me,
he shows up, ensures the water heater does indeed need replaced and replaces it. She tells me that he was the consummate professional the entire time, was courteous, and answered all her questions. She was even unaware of how the warranty process worked and tried to pay him money we did not owe him and he turned it down!

This combination of professionalism, workmanship, knowledge, and honesty is exceedingly rare in the valley. When you come across it, it is important to get the word out because these are the people that deserve your business. If I have any more plumbing problems covered by warranty, I can only hope they hook me up with Go Go Rooter again. If I have non warranty work, Matthew will be my first call and I implore you to make him your first call as well.

Wow, Matt came to our house within 30 min of calling him. He investigated why our water pressure was so low. He didn't try and overcharge me or anything like most plumbers. In fact he didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis! He will definitely be in my saved contacts and I'll be referring him to friends and family.

Great work on Matthew and his hard working crew. I had a damaged main sewer line about 4 feet long buried under about 4 to 5 feet of rocks and dirt. He was able locate the exact spot of the damage with a sewer camera. He had the city mark under ground hazord within a few days. Dug the hole and did the repairs within half a day on Saturday. My family didn't even noticed and major interruptions in water flow. They left the repaired area just the way it was found. Great crew my go to for all Plumbing needs.
