Ed and his guys were terrific. I had a plumbing issue on Sunday. I called them and they showed up within a couple hours. They fixed the problem which wasn't a small job. Ed was very good about checking out everything before quoting the job. The guys were friendly, professional, and went over and beyond on a few other things while under the house. I had a plumber come to my home today to unclog a shower drain. He snaked the drain with negative results & left. I then called another local plumber Go-Go Plumbing & Rooter in Norwalk (562) 452-9653. I spoke to Edward; I explained my clogged drain issue to him & he had a service man at my home in 40 minutes & unclogged the drain in 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this young man Edward & his business, very professional, prompt, great price & very honest, thank you Go-Go Plumbing.

Man. I called my home warranty because only one sink and tub were backing up and they sent out two companies and kept saying it was my main line despite everything else working. I got fed up with dealing with them and called Ed. He sent over Jacob and he was able to fix it via the secondary clean out. For sure don't call
your home warranty, especially if it's First American. You're better off just hiring a reputable company like this one that is honest and don't try to upsell.

I was finally able to move into my first home recently and of course, my water heater goes out and refuses work. I called up Ed and explained my issue. Ed was right on it and really made it a point of emphasis to get the issue fixed as soon as he could. Ed came and got everything done on the same day. Let me paint you a picture: It was 10:00pm, my kids and wife were asleep getting ready for a day of school and work, respectively. I started running the water getting ready to go into the shower when I saw it... a clogged bathtub.

Called Edward and he was coming back from a long assignment, which took three hours to clear. He was on his way home when I contacted him and told him about my issue. He confirmed taking the job and showed up approximately fifteen minutes later. Very respectful of everyone asleep, he came into my restroom to assess the issue, went to his truck to get his tools and began to work. Within ten to fifteen minutes later, he comes out of the restroom and said ""done"". I was amazed at how rapidly the issue was repaired. The bonus to this experience was the price he charged me. I thought since it was an emergency and it was late at night that I was going to pay an exuberant amount of money but, it was very reasonable. Price was low enough for me to round-up a few bucks.

I highly recommend Go Go Plumber services for your plumbing needs. I now have Edward's number stored in my phone for any future services. Thank you Edward!!!
