This review is long overdue, a couple months ago our main water line burst underneath our newly poured backyard concrete. Edward came out within 30 minutes and stayed all day re-routing our main line to a more desirable location and preventing having to cut into our new concrete. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using him for all our plumbing needs as well as recommending him to others.

My kitchen sink clogged on a Saturday morning. Due to the quarantine, I wasn't sure I'd even be able to find a plumber but I turned to Yelp. I saw Go-Go Plumbing's listing and that they were in Norwalk on a street right next to mine. I gave them a call but got VM. I started looking for the next number to call when Ed called me back. Literally 5 minutes. I explained the problem and he was at my house in 15 minutes! On a Saturday. I was thinking I'd have to wait all day. I was so pleased. Ed is very pleasant. Explained everything he was going to do. I thought his price was good too. I was so impressed that I talked to him about other plumbing work I'd been putting off because I couldn't find anyone trust worthy. He fixed my sink and we made an appointment for a few days later. Ed called me the next day just to check how my sink was running. I appreciate his conscientiousness. Later in the week, he came back and we went over the additional plumbing issues I had. Came up with a plan and a price. He started right away, in the rain. He did very good work. We talked about other future projects. I appreciated that he never pushed me to do more than I needed and didnt make up stuff that I needed. He said he wanted to be my regular plumber and that will definitely be the case! As a single woman, it's great to find someone so straightforward. I've recommended him to friends and family already. I can't recommend him enough! Thanks, Ed.

Just want to start off saying that Ed is one hellava plumber, he came in looked at my situation which was a shower drain that was clogged, I told him when it comes to this shower every other plumber had to go on the roof and run the snake down the vent tube, he went up there and said nope that's not the case it has to be done through the drain itself, turns out that my drain line has a Y connection one pipe up for the vent and the other down for the drain, he starts his rootering and gives it a go, got the drain unclogged in a matter of minutes, that's what 25 years of experience gets you, the right man for the right price, and very knowledgeable about his craft, if you ever want any plumbing issues rectified extremely quick, call Ed he does awesome work, and very fast, i will be using him for future plumbing issues that i have....

Noticed my kitchen faucet leaking in the morning. Called up Go Go Plumbing. About an hour later they were at my house looking at my problem. Told me I needed a new faucet and I could go to Home Depot pick one up and they'd install. Did that,called again and they were back about 30 minutes later. Install all done within 15 minutes. Excellent response time. Very professional service. I highly recommend them.
