I came out of retirement recently due to the outrageous costs charged by local plumbers. Having 26 years of experience, we understand that what benefits the customer is what works best for them. We do not upsell and we do not price gouge. We lay out every option for our clients and we step back to let them decide. This is tailored to their individual needs and their financial plan and their choices. As an illustration: We know that some clients want to avoid disrupting their property and we respect their wishes. Likewise, we understand that not everyone has thousands to spend on plumbing emergencies. We do everything possible to get them back on track. Originally a plumber from Los Angeles, I relocated to the San Bernardino mountains five years back. Our staff has dedicated many hours to other plumbing companies. They tired of firms that exploit their friends and family. Thus, they chose to launch their own ventures.
