I came out of retirement recently due to the exorbitant rates of mainstream plumbing services. Having 26 years of experience, we recognize that the customer's needs come first is what suits their needs. We avoid upselling and we do not price gouge. We present all choices to our clients and we allow them to make their own choice. This is based on their specific situation and their spending limits and their choices. For instance: We understand that some clients need to protect their gardens and we respect their wishes. Likewise, we understand that not everyone has thousands to spend on plumbing emergencies. We strive to restore their plumbing quickly. Originally a plumber from Los Angeles, I relocated to the San Bernardino mountains five years back. Our staff has dedicated many hours to other plumbing companies. They became frustrated with businesses that rip off their friends and family. Thus, they chose to launch their own ventures.
