I came out of retirement recently due to the exorbitant rates of mainstream plumbing services. Having 26 years of experience, we know that the best solution for the customer is what works best for them. We do not upsell and we never engage in price gouging. We present all choices to our clients and we step back to let them decide. This is based on their specific situation and their financial plan and their choices. For instance: We recognize that some clients cannot afford to have their landscaping damaged and we work within their constraints. Similarly, we acknowledge that plumbing emergencies can strain budgets. We strive to restore their plumbing quickly. Originally a plumber from Los Angeles, I settled in the San Bernardino mountains five years ago. Our employees have invested numerous hours with various plumbing firms. They grew weary of companies overcharging their friends and family. Thus, they chose to launch their own ventures.
