Before I contacted GNG, I had two quotes for replacing my grinder pump. I was told that it was inoperable and had to be replaced. I called GNG after being delayed by 4 weeks and the same morning, met Levi and Alec. This was the first time someone actually inspected the pump (others just said, """"trust me, I do this for a living, I don't need to see what lies underneath"""") The pump is operable, working just fine and I saved $7000.00 by calling a REAL PROFESSIONAL who included a full inspection and cleaning. I will continue to be a customer of GNG because of the professionalism, expertise and attention to detail. Before Levi and Alec arrived, I was quoted a base cost and provided information on types of grinder pumps available. Thankfully, I did not need one and for the first time in 6 weeks no longer need to worry about the grinder pump. Thank you to all at GNG and to Levi and Alec!!!!

GNG Plumbing provides quality, professional, and polite plumbing services at competitive prices. Today they replaced my *31 year old water heater* they originally installed with a brand new one. I'm always impressed that the techs ask permission for anything, show me things I need to know as homeowner, and happily answer questions. They are great about cleanup too! Their text and phone appointment reminders as well as transit communication is hugely appreciated as well as appointment photo documentation too. They installed and service my grinder pump as well and replaced a frozen water line January 2023 too! Great company!

Until recently I would have given the company 5 stars. But we called and they came out to install a refrigerator ice maker. My husband told the plumber that there was a leak in the valve at the wall. The guy said it wasn't, that the leak was in the supply line. So my husband assumed he k ew what he was talking about since he's the plumbing professional. About three days later we got a call from the management company that there was a leak in the unit below us. Sure enough it was the valve just like my husband suggested. The owner was flabbergasted when I called and questioned it, asking that the technician make good on the repair. I have used the company for 17 years and til now, I would've given them 5 stars. From now on I will be using someone else.
