So, I am not a pro. However, I have built three homes over the last 25 years. These guys have been super helpfull and very gracious when helping me design and fabricate the complicated swamp cooler pleneums for my homes. Again, not being a pro, or even a frequent customer, usually get's you blown off. GGMI did their best to help and my projects always turned out great. Thanks

This company refused to do a return on an item that was built by a communication mistake. Would not give me my money back! The most unprofessional service I have ever witnessed. Poor customer service, women in bikini's in their ""office"" to which I was directed to go to try and get an exchange (not very tactful when you have your child with you too). Shop foreman has poor attitude of which he feels the world owes him something and the owner has no business sense or guts to handle issues. Find another company that is larger or more professional.
