Here in Kingman there's no shortage of ""professional"" services available, however getting them to either answer the phone or actually show up is the issue. I was referred to Greg by a friend he had done work for several years ago - she couldn't say enough good things about him. Now I know why: He responds immediately to calls; he shows up when he says he's going to be there, and if he's running late he lets you know; his work is impeccable; he cleans up after himself; and he's just a really nice guy. This is the second project he's done for us and although no one wants to have to call a plumber, I know when I call Greg the issue will be dealt with correctly and timely.

WOW!! GML TO THE RESCUE!!! We just bought a home and had to call for a plumber right away because of three leaks. Sadly, the first company we called on Wednesday didn't show up OR call as promised on Friday and after the weekend I called him again and he said he couldn't make it.

Monday afternoon we looked through Google and found ""GML"". Because that is my husbands initials, we figured we would give them a call and I am glad we did!

Greg showed up exactly when he said he would the next morning. Then, he fixed all three of our leaks AND installed my new reverse osmosis system and the new faucet set that I had bought. Additionally, he explained things to me and helped me to better understand our septic system, filterations, and well systems. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

He was neat, professional and the total cost amazed us. I am not used to such great service at such a great price from a plumber.

We are going to be doing some major changes to our home and GML is who we will be using then.
