I'd like to share what a great experience I had with Felipe today- owner of the GME Plumbing & Heating.
Over the weekend, I finally made up my mind to go ahead fixing toilet leakage which I had been put off for past few years.
Among several other competitors in Yelp, not only he responded first(less than a few min) he was the most courteous, competent & reasonable(fee).
Several years ago, I had hired the illegitimate general contractor (my neighbor's friend) to do the bathrooms renovations. I get what I paid for.

I found out today from Felipe, they used the temporary sealing(sponge) underneath my toilet. Plastic film ripped & it started to leak.
So, when the toilet handle got stuck water was constantly running inside the bowl then, it leaked down to the 1st fl ceiling.
Felipe replaced it with 2 set of waxes & sealed it carefully.
Not only he did fine work but, cleaned himself afterwards!
He's coming this Friday to fix other plumbing issues I have in my house.
I don't leave a review normally but, I couldn't resist today.

The old kitchen sink pipe started to leak unexpectedly.

I received a very quick response on a Saturday evening and a visit on the same day!
The job turned out to be bigger than expected so we had to reschedule for after the weekend.

It was great to get the estimate right away and to pay the exact price we discussed- no sudden fees or parts costs.

And the guys who came to work on this mess were very nice and said we can contact them if we find anything wrong with the new part.

I had a 50 gallon gas water heater replaced and a new one installed by GME. They installed it the next day in less than three hours and very fair with their all inclusive price ; no hidden fees. Definitely recommend this business and will use them anytime I have a heating problem. Very courteous too. I can't say enough good things about this company !!!

Felipe was fantastic !
He gave me a flat fee quote to unclog my toilet bowl. He communicated with me as to when his exact arrival to my house would be. Extremely efficient, polite, and professional. Definitely recommend!!

Without a doubt THE BEST plumbing service I've ever used. I found GME on Yelp and was contacted by the Owner Felipe as soon as I ask for a quote. The quote was very fair and the work they did was amazing. Felipe showed up on time with one other plumber and fixed my kitchen drain problem without a hitch for exactly what he quoted. He even fixed two other things on my sink I wasn't even aware of.
After that job was done I showed him an issue I was having with our bathroom drain that I thought could only be fixed by our building, and he fixed that too!!' Super nice team and very professional. They showed up with their own shoe protectors and kept their workspace organized and exceptionally clean. I can't say enough good things about Felipe and GME.

I requested quotes from different companies by presenting my project on Yelp, and Felipe was the quickest to answer, with a reasonable quote and polite response. I then provided him some more details to be sure that the price wouldn't have to be adjusted, and he assured me that i would be the same. We quickly set up an appointment, and when the day came, he completed the job efficiently and went beyond to make sure everything was fixed. I would definitely recommend the company for anyone else!
