Felipe spoke to me on the phone yesterday. We agreed that he would come to our home the following day (today). He texted the time he would come to our home (see photo). I let him know that I would send videos of the issues when I got home from work, which I did (see photo). I followed up asking if he needed anything else and gave our address. I heard nothing from him so I sent a text asking him to confirm receipt of the videos. He responded at 4:30am saying he did. So I assumed we were all set for the appointment. I took the day off from work and waited...12:10pm came around and I called. Felipe said he didn't have any appointment scheduled for today. He said he'd have to call back. When he called back he asked if he could come tomorrow and I explained I could not take another day off from work. He said he'd make an exception and come on the weekend. At this point we were so uncomfortable we told him we were taking our business elsewhere. Let this be a warning to stay away from this business.

Felipe and his associate were very professional and replied quickly to my request. It was not an emergency and they showed up the following day to make the repairs. They completed the job as requested and were very neat and clean. I will definitely use them again and highly refer them. The cost was reasonable and realistic for the job of replacing a faucet and adjusting a hot water valve.

Quick to reply and confirm an appointment. My toilet was leaking from the base; I suspected the wax ring or the floor flange has deteriorated. I was quoted a flat rate. Felipe fixed the issue in no time and explained the actual problem and his process.

I called GME about a leak I had under the kitchen sink. I sent a video to Felipe and he told me what the price would be. The price was reasonable and I decided to use them. I am very pleased with the work done.

The guys were courteous and efficient. They even gave me some good tips about what I could do about some gaps that I had below the sink.
