Please do not use this company. They need zero stars but it is not an option. We had this company to come out to install our master Roman bathtub faucet and handheld shower on 9/16/23. I notified Gus within 24 hour after he installed our faucet of the handles being loose on the cold and hot water. Also if the faucet having a constant drip. The handheld shower came of today 10/5/23. Gus informed me that this problem was due to the manufacture and not installation. He was also very disrespectful with many of the text. He continued to say he will be here to look at the problem WHEN he can. He never showed up to assess or address the problem. I attempted to upload the video's to show the handles moving but I cannot upload the videos but I cannot access them.

Again please refrain from using this scammer.

Hi! My name PATRICIA , my toilet wasn't flushing and the water backing up in my tub. I called this supposedly 24/7 plumbing co. Which wasn't 24/7... the operator took my information to call me back first thing the morning. I never received that call!!! So I put in my nearest plumbing.... Thank God!!! It was one of the nicest professional owner of GM plumbing (Gus)! Whom gave me the time he had available. Which I accepted. Gus and his son Came out to my home unclogged my toilet within minutes!!! I'm one happy Homeowner!!' Thank you!' My forever Plumber

I used Gus a couple times, but on my New Construction house I paid him almost 20k for everything and had alot of problems and excuses and I had to finish my own install and leaks that caused sheetrock repair and pay to fix grinder pump floats, it called for 3 floats and he only installed one and said that was enough, but system called for all 2, so I had to pay to get it installed correctly and he willnot respond to calls or text. Tankless was even not installed correctly and after calling him multiple times about it, it finally got resolved. I finished my own gas lines and appliances that he was paid to do. I will get my money back for repairs I made and completion of my own job, it's already in place, people have no character and will try to screw you. It would have been cheaper and easier if he would have just finished job correctly and always full of excuses and no shows.

My kitchen sink had a massive grease clog wasn't draining. Called Gus he said he would be here in a hour. He showed up on time and did a great (amazing) job!! Price was reasonable!! MY NEW GO TO PLUMBER!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! THANKS GUS
