No stars very un professional, didn't install what was paid for when asked to come and fix and or make right by the elderly customer,has not shown good faith. Install was a hasard waiting to happen.over charged and just all around not fair.

Was quoted $250 for a pump out when his truck was broken...3 months later price went to $300 +..quick to argue...had a bit of an attitude..which I enjoyed. He may be on the ""A.V. SlimFast program""...lol lol
Oh yeah was just quoted $250 (yesterday) for a pump out, by his competitor.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had a situation where I had a company come out and pump my septic. They told me that I had to have $9000 worth of work done and my leach lines were bad. The company said they pumped the tank but two week later waste was coming up in my yard out of my drain. I called GM sanitation they were the most reasonable of all of companies I called. He came out and found that the last company had stuffed a towel in my drain going into the septic tank. Morris lossened the towel and our problems were taken care of. People need to be careful. Morris is honest and my family cannot thank him enough!
He was an answer to our prayers.

Absolutely the best in the AV and beyond. I had a plumbing problem and called 2 other plumbers who greatly overcharged me and didn't solve my problem. Morris was wonderful, on time, honest, and skillful. Wonderful to see this kind of integrity and professionalism. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

Was very polite and quick.
Gave me great advice as to how to solve the issues that came up as a result of the leak we had. Morris was friendly, prompt and quick!

Had a problem with my main sewer drain (tree roots broke the pipe) on a newly purchased home. After 2 other companies came out and quoted me what they would charge to fix it, I called GM plumbing and Morris came out to see what he could do for me. He came out and quoted me literally half of what the next cheapest company stated they could do the job for. At this point I figured what the heck and scheduled them to come out and fix the problem. It took them one day, and 5 hours tops to get me working again like it never even happened. And they don't quote low just to get your business and then ramp up the charges once they're at the job site, he stuck true to his word. It has been 3 months since I hired them on for the job and everything is still working flawlessly. Very happy with the work performed, and amazed at the price they charged. 4 stars due to having to reschedule them at the last minute after they didn't show up one hour after the initial day they were supposed to come out to fix the problem and had to call them to find out what was going on. Aside from that, I'd call them again in a heartbeat with any problems I have. Customer for life here with their upfront honesty and professionalism.

The most disgusting experience I've ever had EVER! Dude says he's going to head out to find a part for my water heater at 11a says he'll be back in an hour. By 1p I call him and he says he's going to different stores trying to get the part. 3pm,. 4pm comes and he stops answering my phone calls. At about 630p my insurance company calls and says he called early today to tell them GM doesn't work with my type of water heater! Spent the entire day waiting on the most unprofessional, lying person. Would never recommend hiring this company to my worst enemy!

MORRIS is the man!! Yep, I found GM plumbing thru YELP and all I read about was Morris ~ you want it done RIGHT, call this place ONLY. I had two other plumbers (supposedly) fix the problem, that sprang a leak AGAIN! Called ~ got Morris and that thing is GOOD TO GO! Oh and I got a 5 year guarantee, THIS TIME. Thanks very much Morris for ALL YOUR HELP (and he's very neat too!)

I called them to fix a water heater that wasn't working and that guy said that it was the thermocouple.he replaced it but obviously the part was used because didnt work .i kept calling the guy to come back and fix the problem to which he said he was going to stop by to fix the issue ,he never did.called him several times,all lies.unproffesional.

I had a sewer line completely clogged up by tree roots. My family couldn't use the toilets or anything else. Morris came out as promised on a Sunday afternoon and fixed the problem. But more importantly, he didn't charge me an ""arm & a leg"" for coming out on a Sunday and he could have done things I didn't need. He was reasonable and I felt like I wasn't getting ripped off!
