Patricia D.I am in the process of buying a house with a septic tank, which I have never used before. I hired GMP plumbing and sewer to inspect the system before purchase. Mr.Morris came on time, took a few pictures, explained to me the system was not draining and he could not do anything more. He informed me of different options ranging from $10,000-$80,000. The seller's did their own inspection three days later and processed their report a day later stating there was no issue. I didn't receive a report from GMP for 6 days, and it took numerous emails and calls from the realtor and myself to get it: 3 pictures and a page with check marks and little information- which stated at the bottom ""not for real estate use"". To say I wasted $575 is an understatement, and I do not have any documentation to refute the seller's report. DO NOT USE.
