I had a problem with water pressure and I contacted GM Plumbing. I spoke with Phil who guided me through the process of checking the pressure regulator. Elliot responded and replaced the regulator quickly and everything is working great... would recommend them highly and they are the only plumbing service we use..
John Blood

Feel they took advantage of us being in an emergency without water. He did good work and came out quickly. But charging $895 to replace a small piece of cobber tubing that took him less than an hour to fix..... And this was still during normal business hours on a Thursday.

The last thing you want during a Covid pandemic is a huge plumbing problem resulting in the necessity of a complete home repiping. But our 96 year old pipes needed replacing right now, and thankfully we hired GM Plumbing Corp. We requested that everyone wear masks and they were very respectful of this request. (We also kept all doors and windows open for circulation.)
GM Plumbing did a great job. They worked from the minute they arrived around 8:15 until they left at 5:15, taking only a lunch break. The job was huge, including three bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and two water heaters. Every one of the eight evenings when they left, the house was put back into order so we could use the living areas, kitchen and at least one bathroom. They cleaned up the work areas every night. We really appreciate that they fixed several small things that were not in the estimate and were not even requested. They just wanted to make things right. We definitely will use them for any plumbing need in the future. We highly recommend GM Plumbing Corp.

This is the first time I used GM Plumbing Corp. Elliot Burns was the technician that came to my rental property and he was very safety conscious and wore a mask. Elliot was very polite, courteous and professional. He is well educated in his trade and attended to the problem quickly. I was more than impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and politeness. I rarely write reviews because like most people I am very busy but I was so impressed with Elliot's knowledge, politeness and professionalism I felt compelled to take the time from my busy schedule to write this review. I will certainly be using GM Plumbing Corp. in the future when plumbing problems arise and I will be asking specifically for Elliot. I think he deserves 10 stars instead of five.

Called Harrys Plumbing which I have used for years and they sent out GM Plumbing as a referral. Long story short for the fix which may or may not have been part of the original problem was being charged what their employee stated was $100.00 standard charge for each of two shut off valves under sink (hot and cold). This is a $10.00 to $15.00 part and minimum amount of time to replace. Negotiated priced down to total of $233.00 (3 % credit card fee included) from $295.00 which I felt was still excessive for this since original problem was water leaking under refrigerator. Employee stated valves were frozen and needed replacing which was not an issue before since shut off outside still works. Would not recommend them as their prices seem excessive. Avoid using referrals from your original plumbers as you never will know what to expect.

My tenant texted at 3PM to say the shower faucet would not shut off. I called G & M Plumbing and in less than 2 hours Phillip and Will were there and had the faucet replaced. Problem solved. Price was fair. Service was 5 star. These guys are my new 'go to' plumbers.

Company was referred to me from a friend, Will came out to access my leak and provide quote.
I had a small pinhole leak in my hot water supply to the Washing Machine (Located in the Garage). GM quoted this at $3400, and the job would take all day to complete. To be nice about things, I guess referall's don't always work out. Fortunately during this tough time that were all up against, I found another local company to complete the work for $380.00 This included 3 hrs labor plus 2 feet of copper pipe. In closure, I'm sure GM does great work, but your gonna pay for it.

3 story commercial building, 2 kitchen sinks. One backs up and the whole place is on hold now. My usual plumber is swamped. I call around no one is available on a Friday night, wait till Saturday morning. For some reason GM wasn't coming up under my search for a plumber so I switched to Google. GM came up under some prescreened type of page and they are my last hope. Phillip was very understanding and trusting and sent Will out the same morning. Will and the team were very helpful and knowledgable. And I would like to point out- very clean. They cleaned up their mess and left the place the way it was. I'll def call them back for any issues I have.

After reading their positive reviews and needing plumbing services, I contacted the company at 8:15 am and spoke with a very pleasant employee who said that a plumber would be at my residence between 4 and 6 pm. At 6pm I called back to see when the plumber would arrive and I was told a message would be sent to the plumber. A little while later the plumber called be back and said, ""we spaced"". I asked what that meant, and he said, ""they didn't put you on the schedule for today"" and suggested that he come the next day, which didn't work my our family's schedule. I said that even though his company was courteous, being ""spaced"" (spaced out perhaps?) was unacceptable and we had no interest in the services of his company. If you consider using this company, forget the kind receptionists--make sure you speak directly to a plumber or you may be ""spaced"" as well. You can't undo a first impression.

This is a good, honest, hard-working company. We had received a high quote to fix our stoppage from another company so we decided to get a 2nd opinion from GM Plumbing Corp. Elliot came out, was a complete professional and gentleman and proceeded to clear the blockage in less than two minutes. No exaggeration. Needless to say that our new plumber will be GM Plumbing Corp from this day forward.
