I don't even know if I can write a good enough review on this place, they were awesome. The guy they sent out Stephen was super friendly and kept us up to date on everything he was doing. They charged a fair price to fix the leak on my outside water line. I will 100% be using them again in the future. They also recommended a leak detector and he was great also.

Our diverter valve in our son's shower broke, causing the water to run without ceasing. Our contractor, Arnold Building Group referred us to GLT Plumbing. Randy at GLT was quick to respond to our call and fix our issue. We will definitely contact GLT for all our plumbing needs!!

Great experience overall. They were timely and prompt in getting things resolved and thorough in their explanation of things. My only complaint is that I was calling on a Saturday morning and pressed the option for emergency after hours service and after being on hold for 30 seconds, the call would disconnect. Never could reach anyone until Monday morning.

We have used GLT Plumming for approximately 10 years. They have done large projects like plumbing our entire basement when it was finished, small jobs such as a garbage disposal replacement and most recently placed a new tankless water heater in our home to replace a leaking 13 year-old tank system. All their plumbers are courteous and well trained. With our newest project, the water pressure seemed to be somewhat lower than before the upgrade. GLT gladly came back no charge and discovered that the pressure valve for water entry into the home has been set to low which became apparent with the upgrade to the tankless hot water heater. Excellent service at a very reasonable price!

Terrible Service. Not professional. No accountability. Tech came out, unable to find small leak in my bathroom. It only took him 15 minutes to for the tech to give up and to say that my issue was """"out of his pay grade"""". Tech left my home and the leak was 150x's worse. (A small leak that wouldn't fill a cup became a huge leak that filled big plastic storage containers.) The tech left telling me not to use the bathtub because there maybe a leak so I didn't and we even took it so far to not use the bathroom at all. Luckily a few days later my wife really had to go and used the bathroom that was leaking and noticed that the sink was leaking at a alarming rate that was not there before the GLT plumber came out. When I complained to company management Randy he said """"well what the hell do you want me to do about it?"""". and denied his tech did nothing wrong. Thats GLT plumbing If they mess your house up they will not hold themselves accountable

I got a referral from a friend to call GLT plumbing and a few other plumbing companies. GLT came the next day and spent 5 hours clearing out my main drain and it very reasonable cost and they were very nice, especially Stephen who did all the work. One other company didn't call me back and the other company (sounds like Ballgood) spent 2 minutes at my house and was going to charge me 3x as much and didn't care to explain anything.

We had a leak in the front yard, presumably from the supply line, which was making the ground soggy near the meter and all the way down into the middle of the yard. The guys came out same day, quickly identified the problem, repaired the line and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job of leaving as little mess as possible, and ultimately made it look almost like new when they left. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a job well done.

What a great experience. Justin and Kory showed up on time even though they had a 3 hour window; they showed up at 1:00 p.m. quickly assessed what was needed, set themselves to work, and two hours later were done! Other than the shiny new water heater that was installed you would not have even known they were here. It was amazing. They worked so quickly and even cleaned up the area around them! Then they presented an itemized bill detailing everything they had done down to the littlest detail. Incredible!
