My landlord called GLS Plumbing when my sewer backed up late one night (as my wash machine was doing its spin.) It had happened before at least every 6 months or so and I was frustrated with the temporary measures previous plumbers had taken. Nick from GLS called me first thing in the morning and came as scheduled. He asked me about the issue and actually listened! He snaked different drains than the others and I heard the water flowing in the pipes toward the street. There had been very big blockage in one of the pipes and he broke it free. He is a very nice man, was thorough, and fast. My landlord has determined GLS will become ""their"" plumber for all their properties.
