My mother's central air system had to be replaced thanks to Super Storm Sandy. She found GLP through a friend and hired them when they came in with the lowest quote. She has been paying for this decision since.

Actually, the original work went off without a hitch. The unit was replaced in a timely and professional manor.

Recently, the system stopped working. Why wouldn't it, it's summertime and it's hot outside. Needless to say, three weeks later, after countless phone calls, by her and me, no return phone calls, no answers, being told they forgot their cell phone at home (yeah, my five year old wouldn't buy that one), many a broken promise as to when they would show up, and let's not forget not showing up the unit still doesn't work.

Don't worry GLP, we will find someone who knows what they're doing and knows and understands what customer service is all about. The money she saved on the initial work, most has gone to hotel rooms.
