I needed help with ordering & installing a frameless shower door. Kim was great to deal with, no pressure and to the point with pricing and next steps. Sadly, I'm giving this place just ONE star because of their Installer (Rob Fleig). Apparently he only works a couple of days a week and didn't even give me a 24hour notice to come and measure on the up front. I had to pay $133 for his measuring services before setting his appointment. This man showed up late, was rude and dis-respectful. He stunk of cigarette smoke. When I asked questions about sizes for the shower door he was short, abrupt and not very customer service oriented. After just 15-SHORT minutes at my house (again he charged $133 for the appointment to measure), he stated that he was getting close to retiring. Well he should have retired well before this time! Who wants to deal with a person this dis-respectful & dirty at the cost of the customer. I didn't place my order with Gloucester Plumbing because of Rob Fleig. I went with 'Just Glass & Mirror'. Wow! A Total 360 degree different experience. Best experience ever, all about the customer and $500 cheaper too!

Great experience with this place. They sell a lot of nicer bathroom/plumbing items that you won't find in big box stores. Would definitely go back here!
