If you are looking for a conscientious, caring and cheerful professional with a broad knowledge of home repair, Johnathon is your guy! His background includes a wide range of expertise including a strong background in plumbing, as well as building, carpentry and general repairs. I live outside the area and needed some help with a rental. He replaced an outdoor faucet that was frozen, matched paint and repainted the trim, reinforced siding, and rehung and painted the gates and replaced the locks.
We communicated easily and effectively, he sent photos and checked in with any updates. All work was completed as agreed and our renter was very pleased, indicating he was respectful and efficient. Payment was easily completed online and the charges were quite reasonable. It can be difficult to get someone to come out for repairs so it was a pleasure to have the flexibility and follow through of a competent repairperson. Thank you Johnathon.

This handyman was a no-show on Saturday at 10am, the one and only time he offered me. 15 minutes before the appointment, he said he had an emergency and offered to come at 2pm later the same day. I accepted. At 1:45pm, he told me on the phone that he was on his way and would arrive 35 minutes later. Then 10 minutes later, I got a text saying he wouldn't come after all, and wouldn't have another appointment for 3 more days due to having too many previous customer commitments. I wish he had never scheduled me in the first place so I could have gone with someone more reliable.
