Be aware of a fraud, lack of knowledge and lousy customer service.
I had a simple leaking faucet. Through AHS the Globus Management LLC came to "help". Online scheduling provided me with 3 options of time for a visit. Nobody contacted me to confirm the appointment until I called to the Globus and asked when they will be coming. On the set date the plumber came and stated that he had never seen a faucet like I had, then he disassembled it. Forcefully pushed it back into the deck opening and said that we need to replace it, and they will call to schedule an appointment for that. After waiting for 3 days, I contacted AHS and I was advised that plumber requested new angle stop supply line modifications for $385. I objected that request and had a third party to look at supply lines and faucet. The verdict was only the faucet needed the replacement, supply lines did not. I waited for 19 days, to have faucet replaced by Globus, they attempted to scam me for almost $400, there was no communication from customer service, plumber was rude, and manager suggested to take my business somewhere else.
I had my faucet replaced by another company in 30 minutes.

Awesome work by Mr. CJ. He came right out when our faucet began leaking and got it repaired right away. If you're looking for a plumber in Garland I highly recommend Globus.
